What I think it takes to be successful? Creating Goals, Managing Time and Productivity,Setting the Right Attitude, and Overcoming Failures in my opinion is what it takes to become successful in this industry. You should always start your success by having attainable goals to achieve! These goals are not necessarily easy to reach, but by having a goal to aim for, you will be better able to move forward and overcome obstacles!

Hi, my name is A’Nya Engram I am the owner of @shockvalue2022, an upcoming blog created in 2022 and I am also an Virtual Assistant. I have grew a passion for blogging and being an A&R through assistant work for clients! The product I provide for my clients is positive press work/blog posts, which will always lead to something good for the client! Looking at the industry and the culture more blogs seem to thrive on the negative, and that’s going to lead to a negative in my opinion! I am very proud to be giving off the positive narrative for my culture.
How’d you meet your business partner?
I met my business partner, through doing assistant work for the company “Our Side Only Marketing”, which he is my Fiancé now! We always sat and brain stormed ideas on how we could add more success to the music industry, and we brainstormed a positive blog aspect that we needed in the state we are located, and in all honesty we just took off with it! It took patience but, we are heading into the path of success we were visioning!
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built my audience on social media by, supporting others social media, & reaching out and supporting big artist and brands! The more I supported them the more they started to support me! Their audience started to shift to my platform. I’ve been hired and reposted by brands and artist with an big following, and that has made an big impact on my social media audience! Advice I would give for those starting to build their social media audience is SUPPORT and be positive!
