Alright, Antrice thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
Allure Bound Designs specialize in size inclusive wears in latex, leather, and vinyl. Garments features adjustable sizing for max comfortability and versatility.

Allure Bound by Antrice Sykes,
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from Stevenson University 2018.
My brand focus is custom lingerie and costumes. And now growing into Activewear withing the latex lifestyle focused branding.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Funding a business is not easy. Many years or working retail and teaching i used every bit of savings to purchase supplies. For birthday gifts I dont ask for anything but fabrics and supplies to i can keep creating.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
With the challenges of social media accounts often flagged for violations. ( even when the Model’s are fully clothed. ) I have to carefully select images and post the most modest items. Even when items are on a dress form they also get flagged. So I started using a clear and white form to prevent the auto flag. This also effects how much visibility my account gets.
