We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Antonio Cuccinielli. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Antonio below.
Antonio, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Back when I was starting out as a real estate investor, real estate investing seemed extremely complex and difficult to understand.
It felt overwhelming and I didn’t know where to start. I was scared I was going to put my entire life savings into a property just to risk it all to not be sure if I would make a profit.
So – waited around for 4 years trying to figure it out.
Our company’s mission and objective is to help people get started sooner with our step-by-step process.
If you want to do the work yourself: We offer our course and book for free to help those who want to take the information and run with it.
If you want mentorship: we have 1 on 1 mentorship available to help you get that first property – something I didn’t have access to. Someone to bounce ideas off of to make sure you would avoid mistakes.
If you want to invest but don’t have enough money or dont’ want to do the work – you can invest in with us passively and collect on the upside, while seeing how we do it to help improve your confidence for when you save enough to do it yourself.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am not the most experienced real estate investor. I am not the richest real estate investor. I don’t have the lambo, the yacht, the mansion. I am not financially free. I am not a millionaire. I was living in my parents basement at the age of 31.
So why do they follow me? A few reasons: I actually give the information away. I am not afraid to hold it back, which is why we give our course and book away for free. I tell the truth. I make videos highlighting how I have made mistakes and sacrifices. I break down the math. I make the videos actionable and detailed. I am being genuine in what it takes to work in this business. Also, I am not at the end goal. I am only a few steps ahead of them, I am mid process of achieving the goals. So they can watch the process over time.
I make real estate investing seem real by setting expectations properly and making it less complex.
I got into real estate investing because I wanted to take control of my life and time. Having money coming in regardless if you are working or not is key to be able to have that freedom. When I was younger I felt like life was out of my control in many ways and real estate allows that.
My goal with my real estate portfolio is to retire my dad and mom first. Then myself, my brother, my sister and their future families. My parents are immigrants from Italy and worked really hard to bring us here and give us a good life. So I want to give back!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Back in 2015, I didn’t have many positive business influences in my life, so I had to use the internet to create that world for me. I built it using YouTube, watching every day.
I then wanted to give back, but I was scared of what others would think.
Well one day in Feb 2017, my brother and mom came home crying because my brother age 20 at the time had been diagnosed with cancer. I was scared to make a video because of what people would think while my brother was potentially facing death. Quickly woke me up to make my first video.
The biggest thing that has helped me build a social media audience was studying content. Its a science and an art. But the science part you can start to understand what works and what doesn’t work by studying high performing videos. Be conscious and pay attention to what hooks you in, what they are showing on screen, what they are saying. Notice those elements and figure out how you could do something similar in your content.
Then on top of that, I would add, strive to make every video you make as valuable as possible per second of video. Meaning if a portion of a video isn’t that valuable, cut it. Keep the value as high as possible. You first have to help them on social media to get them interested in you and your products.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Telling the Truth – even when it might be embarrassing, even when it might get you less customers, even when it might make people angry. It might hurt you in the short term in terms of profit, or having people like you but it pays dividends for those that choose to stay and often it has an opposite effect of getting more people interested in what you do.
