We were lucky to catch up with Antonella Bentancour recently and have shared our conversation below.
Antonella, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
In 2018 I decided to join a network marketing company, MONAT. Never did I think that I would jumpstart my career this way especially In the face of adversity as an undocumented individual, who came to the United States at the age of 3 from Uruguay.
Joining a network marketing was the biggest risk, no guarantee, no upfront stability, no support from friends and family, no experience, no knowledge. I embraced courage and embarked on a journey toward my passion for empowering female entrepreneurs. Fueled by determination, I took a calculated risk, deviating from the conventional path set by societal expectations. Through resilience and hard work, I honed my skills, navigating obstacles with an unimaginable way of problem solving.
As I overcame the challenges associated with my status, my unique perspective and tenacity became invaluable assets. Recognizing the power of my journey, I chose to channel my experiences into life coaching, specifically targeting female entrepreneurs after building a 7 figure network marketing business.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
i came to the U.S. at 3 years old when my parents sought out the American Dream. Growing up as an undocumented Latina woman, I faced many internal challenges that greatly contributed to my lack of self worth and belief. Because of this, I spiraled into 6 years of addiction, depression, and emptiness. I am so incredibly proud I didn’t give up on life, I realized I was meant to live, and I had a purpose to find and create. In 2018, I was introduced to a NWM company, that gave me a reason for my existence, and revealed my true gift- transforming the lives of others with my words. After 4 years successfully building a 7 Figure NWM business, I decided it was time to follow my calling further and became a Life coach for Female Entrepreneurs.
My mission is to mentor stuck,
lost, female entrepreneurs to find the answers to what is truly holding them back from their ultimate dream life, where they can have it all and be it all. I want to change the narratives that women in the business space tell themselves that keep them stagnant by helping them transform their mindset, incorporate systems, create routines, learn to manage their emotions, teach them to stand strong in their boundaries, etc

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
For me, growing organically has always been a massive priority. I think paid ads are amazing but I have found so much fun and freedom in using social media ( IG, Tiktok) to grow and attract new clients, my strategy is having a clear layout of my pillars and offers and creating content that is consumable and relatable to my ideal client.
Building a strong clientele involves a multifaceted approach, but a standout strategy is cultivating authentic connections. Leverage networking opportunities and engage genuinely with your audience. Share your personal journey and how it aligns with the struggles and triumphs of female entrepreneurs. Utilize social media platforms strategically, showcasing your expertise, client successes, and the value you bring. Foster relationships through collaboration and community engagement. Authenticity and a relatable story will attract clients who resonate with your journey, creating a solid foundation for long-term connections.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
In my entrepreneurial journey, a defining moment of resilience came when faced with a major setback. I had poured months into launching a new program, only to encounter unexpected challenges that jeopardized its success. Instead of leaning into frustration, I recalibrated my strategy,
I tapped into my support network, seeking advice and guidance, and implemented constructive feedback. Embracing adaptability, I turned setbacks into learning opportunities, refining the program’s structure and messaging. Through sheer determination and a refusal to be deterred, I successfully relaunched, ultimately turning the initial setback into a catalyst for growth.
This experience reinforced the importance of resilience and adaptability in the entrepreneurial journey, lessons I now share to inspire and guide fellow female entrepreneurs on their paths to success.
