Antoine , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
We were referred by a loyal client that needed to move last minute. We were able to accommodate there moving date and time. It was crucial that we meet the clients moving date. It was meaningful because we were able to meet all of the clients needs. We can a new client and received a A 5 star review. From the client:The crew were top of the line. Came on time and wrapped all of my stuff and loaded and unloaded everything with care. I will tell everyone about them and never use another company when I need movers.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Growing up in the city of Atlanta, a young man spent his summer breaks helping his father deliver furniture from Salvation Army stores. The knowledge he gained during those summer days, helped birth the idea for Antoine Smith, to create his own moving and delivery company.
With working a long side his father, Fred Smith, who spent countless hours making a side hustle into a small business. Antoine was heavily inspired by nature to have an entrepreneurial spirit by way of his dad. He wanted his business to offer affordable rates combined with great service in memory of his late father.
In 2014, United Trucking Services LLC, started with just one 12 foot box truck and 3 employees. The business has grown tremendously in the last few years handling high end and antique furniture.
Today, United Trucking Services LLC, has 2 box trucks 2 moving vans and 2 trailers. With the company’s growing customer demand, United Trucking Services has expanded not only locally but, has extended the company services out of state as well.
”Taking Your Move to the Next Level” is not just a slogan for the company but it’s how the business started. From Fred Smith’s side business in the early 90’s to now, United Trucking Services is Built on hard work, integrity, sacrifice, family, and love.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I have had the most impact building my business through clients. Making sure that we executed and made each experience positive. In return we have built a strong base of loyal clientele that not only believes in our company but, continues to refer us more and more business.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
My strategy has been making sure we accommodate each client in being punctual and being prepared to have a successful experience.
