We were lucky to catch up with Anthony Yancey-pollard recently and have shared our conversation below.

Anthony , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Hey guys I’m”A.Y.P.” . The mission behind the brand is more than just close. I try to push a message of aligning your purpose. I preach that to the youth and adolescence. What I mean by aligning your purpose is living for you in finding that job or hobby that makes you happy and makes you wanna just keep on keeping on.. I feel everyone needs to learn their purpose in life because that’s where we’re on this planet to do live and be happy

My name is anthony a lot of folks call me AYP. i’m an inspiring fashion model. I do content creation. I’m an influencer. I own a clothing brand and I do photography through all of this. I try to push the message of a lining your purpose, and I don’t want to be known for just one thing I want when you see me or any of my work I want you to think of my brand and my message

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

One way I show resilience and my brand is just being patient because the things I do because I’m in a lot of different things there’s a lot of times where you can have creative block or just feel unmotivated but you just gotta think of a brand message and everything that I’m trying to reach. I’m not really doing this for money. Yes it’s cool but it’s bigger than that.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

There’s been a lot of insists, but one that comes to mind is when I injured myself, and I had to pivot away from the business and take care of myself. It really affected me mentally because I really love my brand and everything I do in life I feel is for the brand and for my purpose
