We were lucky to catch up with Annie Wagner recently and have shared our conversation below.
Annie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
Being a ‘young’ dealer/retailer of Manufactured Homes one of the BIGGEST things we do differently than industry standards is in house construction. We are one stop shop for all of our customers needs/wants. Having the ability to be all in house allows us to beat construction timeline standards for site built homes and also allows our customer to be confident in purchasing there customized manufactured home without having to go through several third parties to complete there home process.

Annie, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am Annie Wagner, Operations Manager for Southwest Homes. My FAVORITE part about being in the industry of real estate is helping customers get into there NEW customized home. Now the word ‘New’ can mean many different things; new could be new homeowners who are soo excited to get into their new first home, new could also be retiree’s customizing their new retirement forever home. The most exciting part of Southwest Homes is helping from the start to the end were we break the news the customer can move in. Part of my job title is the fact I am able to relieve the worry, stress of any problem(s) that occur within projects to allow for a more enjoyable experience for the customers. Not only do I work with our amazing customers and cliental; I also pride myself on overseeing all of Southwest Homes so all of our team has everything they need to be successful; from the sales reps, marketing assistants to construction supervisor we work together as one big team.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
We are happy to announce our new model homes for viewing. Customers want to see, touch and stand inside a home to better grasp what they want in their own home. Having models for customers to view, walk through and take their time in is a HUGE source of new clients for Southwest Homes. We are only excited to keep expanding models for our future customers and cliental to view.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Our most effective strategy for growing with our clientele is simply growing with the industry. Keeping up with industry standards, staying modern with the trends and keeping up with the fads. On top of keeping up with the industry providing excellent customer service and always providing services with a friendly smile.
