We recently connected with Anna Zúñiga and have shared our conversation below.
Anna, appreciate you joining us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
After a few long list of names and help from people I value their opinion on, the word bright stuck with me. It explained what I pictured my business as.
To be the detail that elevates the space because it brightens it all up.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have always had a creative side that is the reason I am here now. My daughter’s birthdays have always been customized. I have made everything from her invitation to her piñata each year.
In 2020 I wanted a wow factor as we had a drive by party so I made large letters to spell he name out.
I had very positive feedback from friends and family with some asking me to make some for them.
This is what started the idea of Bright Events.
I believe the attention to detail we provide is what sets us apart. I like to arrive to an event and be the one vendor they don’t have to worry about. We are consistent and make sure our job is completed to our high standard.
This is also one reason most of our clients are referrals. They have attended previous events we provided out service and experienced this.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of clients we have experienced is the relationship we have built with other vendors. Coming into this industry not knowing anything or anyone it was a blessing to have amazing women who opened their arms to us.
It has also been great to meet so many other vendors that we have had the opportunity to also use their services and refer to others.
It’s truly a community.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Our reliability. We are not perfect but we attempt to achieve it as much as we can.
From being on time to being responsive, it’s all about taking that stress away.
We do not want to be the vendor the bride has to track down on an already stressful day.
