We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Anna Blinova. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Anna below.
Alright, Anna thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?
Since I could hold a pencil, I was always drawing. In kindergarten, we wrote down our dream careers, and without hesitation, I chose fashion designer. Our teacher saved those notes and read them out in fourth grade. Hearing my own words years later felt like a sign—I was on the right path.
That passion led me to specialized training, the right schools, and, eventually, my career. Looking back, I wasn’t just lucky—I was meant for this.

Anna, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve always been drawn to creativity, and my journey started early. Growing up, I was passionate about drawing and trained at an architectural academy from a young age. That foundation led me into design, where I combined artistry with functionality. Today, I work as a Creative Director in the kitchen and bath industry, leading a talented team to create products that merge attainable luxury with exceptional durability.
Beyond that, I’m also a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle influencer and an international model, having worked across the U.S., China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Russia. My career spans fashion shows, editorials, video campaigns, and brand collaborations, bringing a refined aesthetic to every project.
What sets me apart is my eye for design, strategic leadership, and ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories—whether through product development, branding, or content creation. I thrive on elevating brands and making design more accessible while maintaining quality and innovation.
I’m most proud of my award-winning work in design, including honors like the iF German Design Award and Interior Design Magazine’s Best of Year. I’ve also had the privilege of being a juror for major design competitions and speaking at industry events.
For potential clients, followers, and collaborators, I want them to know that everything I do is rooted in passion, precision, and purpose. Whether it’s designing products that enhance daily life, creating inspiring content, or modeling for brands, I strive to bring elegance, functionality, and creativity to everything I touch.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building my audience on social media was a mix of passion, consistency, and strategic storytelling. As a model and designer, I was naturally drawn to visual storytelling, and Instagram became the perfect platform to share my work, experiences, and inspirations.
At first, I simply shared my journey—behind-the-scenes moments from fashion shows, creative projects, and glimpses into my life. Over time, I realized that engagement was just as important as content. I actively connected with my audience, responded to comments, collaborated with brands, and stayed true to my aesthetic.
What really helped me grow was a mix of quality content, niche focus, and authenticity. I wasn’t just posting—I was curating a brand, showcasing both the glamour and the real effort behind my work. My content evolved to include fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and design, giving my audience a well-rounded experience of who I am.
Advice for Those Starting Out
1. Define Your Niche & Aesthetic – Know what you want to be known for and stick to it. Whether it’s fashion, design, or lifestyle, consistency helps build trust.
2. Quality Over Quantity – Posting often is good, but high-quality visuals and well-thought-out captions make a bigger impact.
3. Engage & Connect – Don’t just post and disappear. Reply to comments, interact with similar creators, and build relationships—engagement fuels growth.
4. Leverage Reels & Trends – Video content has become key, and staying up to date with trends helps boost visibility.
5. Be Patient & Authentic – Growth takes time, and authenticity is what keeps followers engaged long-term. Stay true to your brand, and your audience will come.
Social media is always evolving, but if you create with purpose and connect with people genuinely, your audience will grow naturally.
