One of my favorite marketing stories, and a true defining moment for Crobstacle, was our award-winning campaign for Osam Dairy.
The Challenge:
Osam Dairy, a leading dairy brand in Jharkhand, approached us with a major challenge, milk consumption habits in the region were deeply rooted in owning cows for fresh milk rather than relying on packaged dairy products. They needed a campaign that would change perceptions, build trust, and create demand for Osam’s fresh packaged milk.
The Risk We Took:
Instead of running traditional ads focusing on purity and freshness, just like every other dairy brand—we decided to take a bold, disruptive approach.
Our campaign posed a thought-provoking question:
“Why own a cow when you can have Osam?”
This directly addressed the target audience’s mindset and sparked discussions. The campaign ran across social media, print, and outdoor billboards, creating massive engagement, debate, and curiosity.
The Outcome:

The Challenge: Navigating a Major Setback
In our early years, Crobstacle was rapidly scaling, securing clients across industries. However, a sudden client contract cancellation, one that accounted for a major portion of our revenue at the time, put us in a tight spot.
The setback wasn’t just financial; it affected team morale and raised questions about sustainability. At that moment, I had two choices: panic and downsize or pivot, rethink, and adapt.
The Turning Point
Instead of cutting back, we restructured our service model, focusing on:
✅ Diversifying our client base to reduce dependency on a single contract
✅ Developing more scalable digital products instead of just services
✅ Introducing revenue-sharing incentives to align team efforts with long-term growth
✅ Partnering with Design Ink to expand our creative service offerings
The Outcome
