Alright, Anjali thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

As far as I remember my existence, I believe I have always had an artistic instinct for Fashion and dressing up. The creator in me always wanted to do something in Fashion. At first, my paths led me to a different area, I professionally landed in Finacial Industry. When the Pandemic hit hard, I wanted to go back to my natural nudge for creativity, and Fashion of course was the most compatible outlet to express my creativity. I started sharing my bold creative fashion sense in the form of fashion blogging. It started with just 2K followers base and now it has reached 40k, which certainly keeps me going the extra mile.

Anjali, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I was born and raised in the heart of India, Groomed in Wicked Pissa City Boston. I’m the girl who comes across as a breeze of fresh air in the fashion industry straight from the heart.

I always loved styling new looks and innovating with them. Growing up I’d provide consulting to my friends and family on styling. Getting extraordinary looks from the ordinary has always been my forte, by adding my own touch which I call Anjali’s Touch. Now that makes the biggest reason as to why my 40k followers relate to me so much. They can find Fashion Inspo, Luxury fashion looks, Classic Indian looks, and Chic styling, all in one place.

I always look forward to trying top fashion trends and experimenting with classic fashion.
Along with being a Pissa Influencer, I am also working for a US-based Corporate firm and I love traveling and exploring new food ventures, therefore it’s never a dull day in my Gram..

I believe that when you passionately love something, you’ll always find time for it. The same goes for my commendable work in Fashion and Styling.

I believe hard work and true intentions are always paid off. After hustling the entire work week for my full-time job, I dedicated weekends to my IG Fam, I hardly get time for myself and my social life.
my inspiration lies in my family and appreciation from my followers, who don’t miss an update from me. Youngest of all siblings, I get all the love and care when I’m in my hometown which keeps me recharged until my next visit.

In Bustling Boston, I manage my job, finances and passion way too well! I now have developed a strong sense of belongingness to The US but India will always be where my roots come from.

Making my mark, one day at a time. I collaborated with well-known brands across the globe Fashion Brands like (Saturday Club, Macduggal,Noiranca,ExacapeEvenings,Trixiclothing,KQMG Global,Blacktapeclothing,AngelaRoi, Betsy and Adams,Sikadesigns, Mille,Shopnovaa,Ovicioa, Amura. Beauty Collabs Like Urban Decay But I also do not forget to support small and home grown businesses too.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

As John Galliano once said, “The joy of dressing is an art.” And I want to ensemble everyone with this Art daily as much as I can. Yes, you guessed it right, I want to “Own a Fashion Label for every size woman that makes them look fashionable and Stylish“. The power of a great outfit is impossible to overstate. At its best, fashion has the ability to transform your mood, identity, and, of course, your look. I aim to launch products that will be fun, refreshing, and purposeful.

I started with my IG family so that I can express my sense of styling and fashion and win the trust of my followers so which eventually leads me to launch my brand.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

Being an Artist or Creative person is a blessing and is of course very rewarding. There are so many rewards that come from art and being an artist.

As an Artist, I can make a difference in the world by sharing my art and my perspective. Art can inspire change, make people feel certain ways, and it can also beautify our world. One of the many rewarding is seeing that what you’ve done has made someone happy. – Knowing that you were responsible for making someone else happy is one of the most fulfilling feelings we can experience. I always get DMs from my followers on how my styling has helped them in transforming their look/outlook which certainly gives me a rush.
Also receiving appreciation from Brands I have worked with, and them coming back to rework with me, is another rewarding thing for me.

But of course, the most rewarding thing is the unconditional love that I receive from my followers. They always look up to me to share styling Ideas, tips, and products. I would like to take this opportunity to share my gratitude to all my followers for all the love and to my brands collabs for the opportunities to work with them.
