Anita Lynette, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the best advice you ever gave to a client? How did they benefit / what was the result? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
One of the things we have to learn collectively is to learn how to release control and be at ease. During one of my Reiki Healing sessions, one of the most recurrent themes for this client is being the go to person for everyone but themselves. This person was admittedly a people pleaser, wanting to control the narrative on how people viewed them. I think the best piece of advice for this person was to release control and be at ease with not worrying about what others perceive you to be. Being intentional about taking care of yourself and being the first priority in your journey is a sacred must. Release control and allow the people that are meant for you to flow in and those who are not to flow out, once you begin to practice this you’ll see how easy it is to begin to love you completely flaws and all.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Inspired 2 Change Life Reiki and Healing Essentials came into my life during a period of transition. Usui Reiki Healing discovered me in 2018 and guided me into a path of healing and life changes. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and we offer Reiki healing. Reiki level I, II and Master/Teacher Level certifications. As a herbalist and wellness supporter I also offer herbal and aromatherapy consultations, create herbal tea blends and aromatherapy blends that support the mind, body and spirit. Many of my products address healing the body such as my wonderful Pain Salve that aids with relieving tension and joint aches or others enjoy my energy clearing sprays and the famous Mornin’ Riser Tea that provided energy, clarity, calmness and will boost the male libido. I also assist in Reiki Space Clearing, Energetic Cord Cutting, Life, Wellness and Personal Development Coaching, Goal Exploration. As a healer, it is my aim to assist others in following their divine path and knowing that you can heal the total person through holistic and alternative methods while staying connected to your Divine Source. I am honored to be able to allow others the opportunity to be authentic in their truth and provide services and products that are made with love and infused with Reiki healing energy.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
When it comes to holistic healing, one thing you have to maintain is passion for wanting to help others. Staying passionate even in those times when you don’t have clients and products aren’t moving is gonna get you through those times. I stay passionate and I continue to find ways to get business out there. Continue to work through passion.
Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?
I have always been intuitive and always wanted to help others, so yes I would definitely choose the same profession. From Social worker to Reiki Master and Healer; I would not change a thing. It has been divinely paved for me and I will continue to walk the path set before me on the good and not so good days.
