Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Angelica Kapsis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Angelica, thanks for joining us today. Alright, so one thing we think people don’t talk about nearly enough is investments – either time or money. What’s one of the best or worst investments you’ve made and what did you learned from the experience?
Eleftheria i thanatos – Freedom or Death. As an American-Greek woman, veteran, first responder, daughter, student, and teacher, I have been exposed to many facets of reality that determine the perception a population moves for.
Perception being reality is in itself a perception, a perception of a majority nonetheless, and very relevant when considering business strategy and intended outcomes. Being privy to information that a lay citizen may not fathom, believe, or allow without resistance into their perception creates additional considerations when embarking on a venture of this magnitude.
The objective: To resolve a crack in the framework that designates where I live and love from any “other” government structures, the “other” worldly perceptions that do not align and allow for the freedoms imprinted on me as an American in our democracy with the rite to participate in it.
Without resolving these concerns, breaches, changes, the perception has and will shift from our favor, and if by doing so it appears foreign, who is to say it is not then… foreign?
At VotRite, we simply provide the right to cast a vote and to have that vote counted. Sounds simple and achievable. Achieving a level of success compatible with the teammembers merit within this field, given the above background and a general understanding of the climate on today’s world and economy- a different story.
So, as an executive, I pondered and planned for years, do I give up the small wins for the mega win of the century? I studied different skills and I participated in many opportunities to contribute to a voting system that serves the total population. Then, I achieved it and won the vote from the people. So, the next step became, how to mega sell it?
VotRite’s executive team thought hard about this endeavor and shifted their focus for a few years on just that. We halted mass sales to the locals or small corporations, and we intend to facilitate for the President of the United States and our American Government, THE Democracy.
So, we poured all the money into perfecting it and went out to pitch for investment. To enter the federal sector, it requires Federal Certification (we have State certification) and around 5 million bucks. In addition pending a competitors actions and the outcome we are all familiar with, leaving us feeling… “Is it rigged?” Another set of laws staged additionsl costs to enter. They explain it adds more security, more red tape, before they choose next time. That’s what they said.
Come to find, we weren’t close to the only ones thinking this way. We were one of the few American companies in the running though, and as evidence dictates, the foreign vendors with foreign financial backing received the support first and we did not within this planned time frame.
Furthermore, November is around the corner, and these governments have decided to continue contracts with the foreign-owned vendors they had during these hiccups and compromised elections with these same guys years back.
Want to talk about risk. We threw it all in, designed an absolutely perfect system, and we found that the peoples’ verbal votes were not cast… VotRite was not funded in time and all of the fears are still very real for our voters as America will use the same compromised vendors for another Presidential election.
VotRite’s executive however learned from many valuable minds. One of her favorite quotes starts with “Don’t quit…” the other “I will never quit.” Finding the trend? You guessed it, VotRite never quits and they never will until America’s democracy is facilitated by the American people, that have mastered allowing for inclusion without ever wavering on quality or essential protocols to keep us, well… us.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I first had a business working with special needs, which we call the uniquely abled. I worked for many different organizations learning all fields I could, in all positions I could, associated with marginalized populations and the uniquely abled, as I had to know exactly how to achieve one goal in particular — the freedom to choose what you want. Something this population deserved. A successor to VotRite, my father’s creation, I planned to generalize one step further — freedom to make informed choice. The right to vote, once one can make informed choice, is the very definition of freedom that has allowed people like me to create such success in my former business and by doing so, assisting to serve the total population and include all on my team, my democracy.
VotRite is a relevant, evolved, tested and approved concept that allows a fundamental process essential for the survival of our democracy to be achieved with ease, ongoing. It will alleviate any strain we might feel about trusting our system and it will allow us to participate again, like we were taught to expect growing up, which it is now my generation’s time for.
It does this through our LT 2100 Titan Voting System. It has an individual database, not internet connected, and redundant memory. This system actually allows for an audit of any recount or inquiry with 100% accuracy for any ballot cast. This means, it can 100% confirm the votes were tallied accurately.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Integrity and reliability. VotRite is a company that sends its best worker, who chose to work on a birthday, holiday, post-surgery, you name the condition and we laugh internally at the offer to stay home and take the day.
Our clients have commented numerous times on our reliability and quality of care. This helped us build a solid reputation in the market. We are trustworthy and we have an evolved understanding of how all pieces fit without being too narrow in our focus.

How did you build your audience on social media?
This is a very interested topic for us at VotRite and furthermore for myself, personally.
My entire life, I realized I was not made to be a marketing expert. I have only ever received 1-2 likes from any post in my entire life.
I do however get much feedback in the real-world that my posts hold meaning and are useful, I have never been able to prove it through marketing to my online friends… So, I hatched a plan.
VotRite needs to market, that is a basic essential functioning of business operations and sales strategies and it has to do better than Angelica’s track record of the 1-2. So, I began sharing current events that are relevant but not always considered by others in the field as immediately pertinent. Why? To provide a platform for those seeking election information and events that may impact or change a consensus and to become a reliable source for this information to assist to create well-rounded, informed voters.
Boom! It took off. We had many more views, followers, and impressions. Just think creatively. In fact, think of yourself and what methods you use yourself to become informed on your specialty, there are others like you out there and they appreciate just as you do.
