Hi Angeli, thanks for joining us today. So, let’s start with trends – what are some of the largest or more impactful trends you are seeing in the industry?

The biggest trends in Skin Care , that I work in all the time , which is Esthetics. I am a make up artist and I am a skin care specialist. So one of the bigger trends that I do see you coming up in industry is Everyone taking out their lip fillers , body filler and doing away with the crazy plastic surgery and opting for a more holistic approach to get those same affects. Nowadays people are into the permanent tattooing as far as cosmetic goes like permanent lip color, cheek color, micro, blading, ombre brows, Lash tint and lift and this list can go on . I personally think about these trends as a another way to expand and another way to beautify a person , which I love. Some concerns that I may have about this new trend will fade . This is a new holistic approach because a lot of things can be vegan and never tested on animals . However as a trend is, I do feel like people follow what is popular in the moment however, with my clients, they love my information and my knowledge, and they typically follow my expertise in this type of things, so I’m grateful for that .

Hi, so my name is Angeli. My full name is Angelica but I do go by Angeli in the world of make up , Modeling and skin care. I have been a make up artist for about 4-5 years. I have been in the skincare field for about a year. I love to give luxury to my clients. I am very holistic as well in my approach . I love to make my clients feel good whether they are in my chair for makeup services or on my treatment bed for a facial service, wax , brow service, lashes etc . As I stated before, I do provide make up, I provide facials , back facials, waxing services of all kinds, brow services of all kinds, lash services of all kinds, massage therapy, steam treatments, women anti-aging treatments, men facials , laser services and many more..

How did you build your audience on social media?

Initially, I built my following on social media via my main social account. I would give myself shout outs, but since then I have been very active in my posting on brand my social media account, which is @facebyAngeli , I have been building a more organic following based upon my content . Anyone who is starting to build social media presence I would say consistency is key , have a great layout for your social media post , don’t just post anything to social media for your business as it does represent you and you want to bring quality clients to you. Quality social media produces quality clients..

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

Personally I’m very big on loyalty with anyone so when it comes to my clients, I am very loyal to my clients and they are very loyal to me . I’ll keep in touch with my clients a lot of times via social media , most times in none I do not reach out via text message , only IF my client wants me to do that , but most times people don’t like you to have their numbers so I reach out a lot of time with my booking app or via Instagram . I am very good with reaching out. I’m commenting on my clients pictures and posting things like that just to get them some hype because , yes, they are my client but also, I do think of them as a friend that spends money with me . Hahaha. I have actually started this new brand loyalty program so if my clients ability for a while, I would say about six months to a year they do get some things for me at their appointments , specials and they also get free services for the birthday of their choice.
