Ocean Rebel is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the less fortunate. We donate a percentage of our sales to organizations that directly address the critical needs of communities. Our focus lies in supporting initiatives that establish sustainable sources of clean drinking water and improved sanitation. These efforts encompass the installation of essential amenities such as sinks, toilets, flooring, walls, electric plumbing, and filtration systems.

Recognizing the paramount significance of clean drinking water for basic sustenance, we prioritize this cause. Our unwavering dedication stems from a personal, life-altering experience caused by contaminated water. It has become our mission to extend access to clean drinking water to as many individuals as possible, ensuring their well-being and vitality.

A glimpse into our journey:

Ocean Rebel began as an economics project during my high school years. Initially, I sold t-shirts at school functions, not expecting the brand to grow into what it is today. I had intended to pursue a degree as an Ocean Engineer at a prestigious university. However, Ocean Rebel, true to its rebellious nature, carved its own path and expanded into different sectors, including suiting, fine jewelry, and sustainable clothing.

The brand’s growth led us to be invited to showcase our creations at renowned events such as New York Fashion Week and Toronto Fashion Week. What started as a small school project transformed into a thriving business, catapulting me into the world of the clothing industry.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

At a pivotal moment in my life, I faced a difficult decision: whether to continue pursuing my degree in Ocean Engineering or seize the opportunity to attend New York Fashion Week, which presented itself unexpectedly. Being young and full of ambition, I made the daring choice to embrace the fashion shows. While education is a constant in life, opportunities often come and go, and I was determined to embrace this particular moment.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Quality is our mantra, and we firmly believe that our products speak for themselves. As a brand, we actively address various challenges, and one of our primary objectives is to prioritize premium quality. The most valuable way to build a great reputation is when a customer is proudly wearing our product with confidence and showcases the craftmanship live.
