At KimaniBrooks Consulting, Inc. , named in honor of my father and father-in-law, we intertwine philanthropy and community awareness into the fabric of our marketing philosophy.

Angela Brooks is the Founder and President of Kimani Brooks Consulting, Inc., a dynamic public relations media boutique that focuses on event management, public relations, and branding. With nearly twenty years of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors of Southern Nevada, Angela draws on her Kenyan heritage to inform her strategic vision. Under her guidance, the firm has gained a reputation for excellence in communication and client satisfaction, effectively utilizing diverse distribution channels to advance its mission and services.
Angela’s commitment to community service has earned her numerous accolades, including the esteemed 2024 Women of Wonder Award, recognition as one of the Top Twenty Women of the Year in 2022, and being named a Top 20 Philanthropist in 2020, along with the Influencer of the Year award in 2017 from Deluxe Version Magazine. She is also an alumna of the 2018 Anti-Defamation League Glass Leadership League Institute (ADL)-Nevada and the 2016 Las Vegas Chamber Advance Leadership Program. Her philanthropic efforts are highlighted by her four-year tenure on the Advisory Board of St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and her role as a founding member of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – Nevada Event Committee Planning Board, where she was pivotal in establishing the Las Vegas chapter, which has raised over $5 million for the hospital.
In addition to her work with St. Jude, Angela has made significant contributions to the Rotary Club community, serving as an International Project Director for both the Rotary Club of Summerlin and the Rotary Club of Red Rock Las Vegas. As a founding member of the Red Rock Rotary Generation Club, she actively volunteers as a photojournalist and blogger for Rotaplast International, an organization dedicated to providing surgical care for children with cleft lips and palates.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What contributed significantly to my reputation as a PR and Marketing Consultant were personal branding, networking, expertise, and results-oriented strategies. Each of these components is essential for establishing a strong presence in the competitive landscape of public relations and marketing.
