We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Angel Quesada a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Angel, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

was originally born in Manati, Puerto Rico, but I moved when I was young. I ended living in Texas and Florida. Throughout my teenage years, I was inspired to be a social media influencer and create videos on YouTube and TikTok. But my chase for fame left me in a broken place and I quit my dream of being a content creator. Around 18 years old I was in a lost and broken place my freshman year of college where I was struggling with depression, anxiety, and several health conditions like a heart condition and nerve damage I thought my life was done and had no hope for my future. But everything changed when I started going to church and I had an encounter with God where my life changed, and God healed me from my struggles. God also gave me a purpose and calling to Pastor and to use social media to spread the gospel. I decided to pick up a dream that was once dead and God blessed it and in January 2020, I blew up overnight gaining over 100k followers. My dream became a reality and ever since I have built a platform to help, inspire, motivate, and share the love of Jesus to over 15 million people around the world. My mission is to share my story to tell others about God and his love for us and make a change in our world.

Angel, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I also started a social media business that offers content creating services for Orlando businesses and social media consulting helping companies grow their brand, increase clientele, and make more money. I am also a public speaker that loves to uplift and motivate the next generation to chase their dreams and never quit because with God all things are possible! My dreams and goals in life is to make a difference around the world and the city of Orlando and be a light to the world!

How did you build your audience on social media?

When I was around 18 years old and graduating Highschool I found a passion for social media content creating and using it to spread positivity around the world. I started creating powerful and inspiring videos on TikTok and Instagram that captivated and uplifted millions of people around the world. After 1-2 years of posting consistently and many challenges I grew over 100k followers in 1 day in 2020 and from then on my life changed forever and I’ve been able to live my dream and make an impact around Orlando and the world!

My advice to those starting would be to find something you’re passionate about and start creating content around that. Always be yourself and stay consistent. Social media is about growing a community and making an impact in people’s lives.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The reward is seeing the impact you made in someone’s life from your content. Even if you only helped one person from that video then it was all worth it. The reward as a social media creator is not money, fame, or anything that comes with it but only the lives that are impacted and changed from what you create!
