Angel, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Good afternoon everybody! I was actually introduced into the industry by my father and grandmother. we are located in the heart of Ventura County. We provide all catering services from LA to Santa Barbara county as well. Just from word-of-mouth, my father and grandmother started their catering business, and then, as I was introduced into the business as well we took a new approach to using social media to reach out to an ex, as well as putting our twist on taco catering for Instagram users to see an explorer our page. Ever since we have obtained a few thousand followers, we are now booked up till April 2024 from Instagram leads and ads we have used., we’ve exponentially been growing faster and faster, and now our team of three caterers plus our assistants. I love to see the opportunity and success of our team growing exponentially and hopefully one day opening up a taco truck or possibly even a brick and mortar in Ventura County. I am so grateful for all the opportunities given to us and to our teams to cater to some local businesses nearby Ventura county as well as our local Navy in Ventura. Birthday parties, Quinceañera, baptisms, etc.. I cannot be more thankful and grateful for all of our clients and all of our Instagram followers. Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Actually, regarding to our resilience, despite many factors that we cannot control, such as clientele events, planners, etc. I do believe our staff has handled an amazing job at providing catering services for all of our lovely clients. As far as going above, and beyond even some of their duties and greeting some remarkable relationships along the way together, we stand as a team, strong family owned and operated. We continue to grow and potentially expand up to a fourth team, hopefully in the near future.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

I was actually introduced to this business by my grandmother, as she has been doing this for about 20+ years and as well as my father doing this for about 10+ years also. I have also Been involved in a cooking class in my high school years as well, and have always had a passion for customer service and cooking as well and the both together combined I knew this was absolutely an amazing path for me to continue and strive and grow our family on business.
