We recently connected with Angel Federico and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Angel, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?

The most meaningful project I’ve worked on was the release of Shimmer. Shimmer is a record I released with a Hiphop Legend that goes by the name of Fat Joe. That record is meaningful because it was the start of a relationship. Me and fat Joe connected via social media by the grace of God. Imagine the excitement the joy and all the emotions going thru my mind. I felt like I was on top of the world. That opportunity was divine, it also took me to another level. I was going thru a dark time in my life, my fathers health was on the decline, I had to put to record on hold until the time was right, six months went by and I lost my father. I was granted a strength I did not know I possessed. I managed to pull my self together and created a plan around the record. Against all odds I released shimmer. During that time I met my higher self. A legend was born. God did, God provided. What a time, Me and my friends won’t ever forget. Bitter sweet.

Angel, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

For the Folks who may not know about me. I got into the game by luck. When I say luck I mean Gods favor. God did. When everyone doubted me and laughed at me but God Did! I worked hard, I sacrificed my love life and social life. I want to be great. I want to leave a legacy. My work ethic is unmatched that’s why I feel these great opportunities come to me. You can’t cheat the work or the process. I mix and master my own music. For now until help arrives.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

The most rewarding aspect of being an artist Is the ability to create something out of nothing. Let me elaborate on that, when I first hear a beat the beat is empty. Think of it as a blank canvas. I start listening to the beat. I like think I’m an interpreter I work with the music to write in between the spaces. I’m in unison with the universe, I’m told and guided into what approach or direction to go towards. I start flowing and free-styling. Then I go into my life experiences and create. It’s a beautiful feeling of just allowing and being present. Once I have filled the spaces then it’s time to engineer. The engineering aspect it’s to make it sound as good as I can. Then I produce the record and bring it to life. I’m blessed to have the ability and understanding to create music. It’s a Gift I’ve developed and strengthened with time.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My goal is to educate, enlighten and guide the world towards greatness within your self. Self mastery, Love, self love, And peace. Peace from a political stand would be world peace ☮️ Peace.
