Andrew, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

At Platinum Cleaning Co our mission is to provide a cleaning services for customers seeking to clean & organize their homes.

In 2021 when I started cleaning it was just for extra money then I saw the impact I had on my customers, cleaning a persons house really has an impact on their mental health & after I saw the positive change I could have on someone’s mental health through cleaning it was only up from there. Keeping my customers in a positive healthy state of mind is my main focus.

Andrew, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am Andrew Jordan, I am a 23 year old model & entrepreneur from Birmingham Al. I am the owner of Platinum Cleaning Company which was started in 2022, as far as cleaning goes I’ve been doing that my whole life. I learned at a very young age that cleaning was something therapeutic for me & also something that I could take to the next level. Giving my customers a clean space & seeing the smile & the positive impact I have on their mental health afterwards means the most to me.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

From my experience the most effective way to grow your clientele is social media ads & also making sure when I’m getting booked for a job I do my absolute best, therefore my customers will tell their friends & in turn I will have another satisfied customer & new customer. word of mouth is an old-fashioned method that always works.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

In my senior year of high school (2017) I was hospitalized on August 9 the day after my birthday with acute kidney failure & was very close to losing my life, I was in a coma for a few weeks & while in a coma I became very behind in my studies & eventually came out of it & was able to be discharged early October. Thankfully I moved on to finish all work I fell behind on & graduated to pursue my dreams.
