Hi Andrew , thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Elite Home Designs’ primary mission is to give everyone who uses our wall paneling services the opportunity to enhance and beautify their homes. Life can be challenging, and we aim to provide our clients with an oasis and cozy sanctuary through our elevated wall paneling solutions.

Our journey began in 2018 when I sought to renovate my home. It started with simple projects like painting, changing floor and ceiling moldings, and updating light switches and doorknobs. These initial changes ultimately led to the establishment of our company. As I realized I couldn’t afford the services of most general contractors, I embarked on a DIY journey. Friends and family noticed my efforts and encouraged me, recognizing that what began as simple home updates revealed my talent for creating unique wall panels. Before long, I found myself crafting wall panels and building an online presence alongside other creators and enthusiasts in the interior design and wall paneling community.

Like many of our clients, I was initially looking for an affordable way to transform my home, without the financial means to hire professionals or the exposure to this niche craft. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide these services to my community in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia areas.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Before becoming a general contractor, I started my career as a chemist and scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. My journey as a general contractor began during the COVID-19 pandemic when I spent a considerable amount of time on DIY projects, including painting and paneling. This passion ultimately led to the creation of Elite Wall Designs.

The discipline I developed as a regulatory affairs scientist has proven valuable in my craft over the years. I aim to continue pushing boundaries and becoming one of the leading contributors to the home improvement industry.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I believe that our consistency and extensive portfolio should be recognized as the key factors in shaping our company’s reputation. We showcase a substantial amount of undeniable work on social media, and the quality of our projects speaks for itself. Our clients can certainly attest to this.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

It is essential to foster an environment where the team can manage their tasks and responsibilities, as long as they align with the organization’s boundaries. Confinement and boundaries of the organization.
