Alright, Andrew thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How do you think about vacations as a business owner? Do you take them and if so, how? If you don’t, why not?

Not really
Maybe some short ones 3/4 days tops like twice a year
During the dark times of covid i stayed home 3 months
I consider that as a long term vacation

You need to be really flexible and on high alert 24/7 ready t engage with anything that it might not play out good so you can keep your clients satisfied and have them return.
What set us apart from other is that our primarly target is the customer satisfaction and not to get a higher marginal from them.


How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
For me reputation comes first for my self and for my business
It is even more important than generating higher revenue from a long term standpoint
Intact reputation,integrity and reliability its what will bring you returning clients and new referrals
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Unfortunately not to trust friends and family
