Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
I met my business partner through a mutual friend, and at the time, we were both offering HR consulting services but with distinct focuses—my organization specialized in HR operations, while hers concentrated on HR strategy. Over time, we frequently collaborated on various projects, realizing how complementary our expertise was. Eventually, we decided that combining our efforts would create a greater impact. Since joining forces, we’ve been growing our business together for the past three years.
