Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Andreana Salvemini. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Andreana, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry
Video is so important right now when it comes to digital marketing! I am encouraging all of my clientele to record short-form videos whenever they can that my agency can use to create reels and get their business more reach. Many reels reach 2x-3x more people than they have following them! So using this to expand their reach and get new clients has been very important.

Andreana, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude. Within six months of graduating, I went on to work for top-tier marketing and social media firms for three years.
In 2014, I chose to start my own social media agency to deliver greater value to the businesses I wanted to work with. In the time I have spent working with my clientele, I have grown their social media presence through strategic campaigns, unique content curation, and engaging content. My goal is always to increase their bottom line -growth.
My business offers social media management, reputation management, and website creation services. We help local businesses share their goods and services through regular posting to Facebook, Google Business, Instagram, and TikTok. We also respond to all reviews they receive on Yelp and Google to continue to build relationships with their customers. We also build and manage Squarespace sites and have lots of experience with Etsy shops!
The businesses I have worked with have been very diverse: bike shops, bakeries, jewelry designers/shops, restaurants, auto shops, consignment stores, HVAC contractors, corporations, and other successful brands. I’m also an avid animal lover and count numerous veterinarians, groomers, and pet stores among my clientele!

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
The biggest element of how I have grown my social following, and the following of my clientele, has been consistency. You have to keep sharing what you do, who you are, your team, your storefront/e-commerce offerings, etc. You have to utilize location on posts, add hashtags, and engage with locals who do the same. When you keep sharing, the algorithm not only favors you, but your followers get to know you and trust you. Building a relationship with your clientele before they even visit your storefront or website is huge! It lets them know why you are unique and special. It can be hard for many business owners to do this consistently, but that’s where I come in!
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for me has been networking. Meeting women in various industries, fellow business owners, local chamber members, etc. Going to events where I can make in-person connections and let people see who I am and how I show up in the world has been so beneficial. And even if I don’t get a deal immediately, I am always planting seeds. People who may not need my services are referring me out, and I am developing a deeper relationship with the people I go to the events with repeatedly. I used to go to many events with an acquaintance I met at a coffee shop and over time, we became even closer friends. As. result, she has referred me to many people she knows and helped me expand my business greatly.
