My hero is my father, Charles R. Lyle Sr. His extraordinary commitment to his family and his relentless work ethic have deeply influenced my life. One story that vividly illustrates his heroism is his time in the military while also pursuing his education and ensuring he was present for us, his children.
Despite the demanding schedule, my father managed to balance his military duties with attending school. He made countless sacrifices to ensure we had what we needed, often going without so that we wouldn’t have to. I vividly remember how he would walk fifteen miles to the base where he was stationed at just to ensure we had a car to get us to school and allow my mother to go to work. His dedication was so profound that we never knew the extent of his sacrifices.
From him, I’ve learned the importance of selflessness and determination. His ability to juggle so many responsibilities while remaining a constant, supportive presence in our lives has shaped my approach to challenges. His actions have shown me that true leadership is about putting others’ needs before your own and working tirelessly to provide for those you care about.
This lesson in selflessness and resilience has influenced how I tackle my own responsibilities, always striving to balance my commitments and prioritize the well-being of those around me. I use these lessons within my business.

1. Can you please tell our readers about yourself?
We are A’ndrea Lyle-Cairl, President and CEO, and Trovon Powell, Executive Vice President of Supreme Clean Property Services LLC. Our company began with a focus on landscaping, but our journey took an exciting turn when a landscaping client requested home cleaning services. This led us to expand into the cleaning industry. The COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated our growth, allowing us to broaden our service offerings and establish a presence in multiple states.
2. How did you get into your industry/business/discipline/craft?
Our journey started in April of 2021 with landscaping, driven by a passion for enhancing outdoor spaces. The transition into cleaning services occurred organically when a client asked us to clean their home. This inquiry sparked our expansion into the cleaning sector. As demand grew, especially during the pandemic, we diversified into maintenance, off-campus student housing turnover, and other services. Our commitment to excellence and adaptability fueled our growth and success.

How’d you meet your business partner?
Can you tell us the story of how you met your cofounder/business partner?
The story of how I met my cofounder and business partner, Trovon Powell, is a blend of chance and shared purpose, which has evolved into both a personal and professional partnership.
Our journey began in a rather serendipitous manner. Trovon and I first connected on social media when he made a post in a Facebook group about making positive changes in our community. My mother, who was actively involved in community initiatives, saw his post and thought that our shared interests and values could lead to something meaningful. She introduced us, sensing that we could collaborate effectively.
As we began to talk, it quickly became clear that our goals and values aligned perfectly. Trovon’s dedication to community service and his expertise in project management complemented my background in client relations and operations. We discovered that our combined skills and vision were a strong foundation for starting a business together.
This partnership eventually led to the founding of Supreme Clean Property Services LLC, where we focus on delivering exceptional services and making a positive impact in our community. Over time, our professional partnership blossomed into a personal one. Trovon and I are now married and have built a blended family together.
Running the business as a unit has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Our partnership extends beyond the office and into our family life, creating a supportive environment where we navigate challenges and celebrate successes together.
We are also committed to building a legacy for our children. Our goal is to create a lasting impact that will provide opportunities for them to take over the business when we eventually retire. By fostering their involvement and preparing them for future leadership, we aim to ensure that the values and vision that have guided us will continue to thrive for generations to come.
Our story is a testament to the power of finding the right partner and the importance of a shared vision. Thanks to the chance introduction by my mother and our evolving relationship, Trovon and I have built a successful business and a legacy that we hope will benefit our family for years to come.
