We were lucky to catch up with Andrea Eder recently and have shared our conversation below.
Andrea, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I believe that in order to be successful one has to have an unwavering belief in themselves and what they are capable of doing. If you don’t believe in yourself, success simply won’t come and it’s not because you don’t have what it takes, you won’t reach that success because you won’t take the necessary actions needed in order for you to accomplish your goals. Your belief system is what pushes you to take action and without it, your life will likely remain the same.
I developed this point of view from the many times that I had to convince myself that I was capable of achieving what others were achieving.
When I first started out, I would look at people who I admired and would think “if they could make 10k in a week, why can’t I”?
And then I would start taking action, get super overwhelmed, feel like quitting and then want to walk away, BUT…. the secret to why I would succeed, happens right after hitting that “i’m quitting stage”.
You see when I would feel like giving up, I simply didn’t. In fact I never do. Quitting is simply not an option. So when you tell yourself that, it doesn’t really matter how frustrated you get, or how upset you are with your results, you keep showing up and putting in the work until you get the results you’ve been working towards.
And that’s what helps strengthen my belief in what I am capable of :)
I will also add another thing that I think you need to successful and that is:
NOT CARING SO MUCH ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK!
The truth is that everyone will have an opinion about what you do and how they think you can do it better, but the only opinion that should matter is your own! Now that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be open to feedback, because you definitely should, that’s what helps you grow, but never let “keyboard warriors” or “internet trolls” stop you from going after your dreams, because ultimately those dreams were given to you because you have what it takes to achieve them! Just be yourself & everything you want will follow <3

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
For those who don’t know me I am an aspiring motivational speaker and business coach.
I fell into this industry after having one of the worst jobs of my life. I went to work for about 2 and a half years either crying in my car from panic attacks, or simply throwing up at work from how nervous my boss used to make me. So after suffering from severe anxiety, mental breakdowns and a soul crushing work environment, I vowed to myself that I would never let anyone else treat me the way that she & some of my coworkers treated me and that I would never again work for anyone else again!
So I gave my notice, walked to my car with the biggest smile on my face and went home to a sense of peace that I hadn’t experienced in a LONGGG TIME!
After that I jumped into Etsy and started selling physical products to start making money online and absolutely loved it!
Over time I started traveling and realized that I couldn’t work remote, so I jumped into the digital world and never looked back!
Once I started selling digital products and traveling around the world, my online audience started to notice and asked me what I had done, so I would talk about it on my lives and many asked for the exact process of how I created and sold my products, so I turned it into my online school: Business Content Creator aka BCC!
And now BCC helps aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to make their own money online selling digital products like ebooks, templates, courses, memberships and much more and together in my community, my team and I help people leave their toxic work environments and gain their own freedom!
I am most proud of teaching my community how to make their own income and create their own financial freedom! I want more people to experience the luxury of being your own boss, making your own schedule, having unlimited PTO, traveling the world and simply being free to live your life on your own terms because I think everyone deserves that.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
In my opinion the best way to grow your clientele is to provide as much value as you possibly can in all that you sell! Your ultimate goal as an Entrepreneur should be to bring value and help your customer, so if you do that, not only will they be happy with you and leave good reviews, but they’ll tell others too!
And another thing I always tell my students is: show up consistently for your audience! If they see you all the time, they’ll get to know you more and they’ll trust you much faster than if you show up on social media once a month!

Any fun sales or marketing stories?
One of the biggest risks that I ever took was with the first course that I ever built, which was my two week entrepreneur course. I decided to take a financial loss and not make any physical products so that I could focus on building out everything that I had learned from selling on Etsy.
Now did I have any experience with course building, NO.
Did I know what I was doing, NO.
Had I ever made instructional videos for anyone, NO.
Did I doubt myself a 1000 times, ABSOLUTELY!
Did I cry many nights in my office because I wasn’t making enough money, YES!
But I simply KEPT GOING!
It ended up taking me about 4 1/2 months to build out over 100 lessons and I really didn’t know if anybody was going to buy it, but I had faith and I believed that if the content was valuable, that people would be attracted to it. So I worked 14 to 16 hour days, edited through the night, recorded for hours on end and when I finally launched it, the first month I made my first 6 figure month online!
And I was over the moon!!!
I took my husband to Paris, Munich & Lisbon to celebrate!
We had tons of fun and it was the first time that I realized how important having a positive mindset, being resilient and believing in oneself really was!
When the fun was over, I got home and continued to launch more courses and here we are, with almost 18 courses launched since then, and I’m still sitting in my office years later recording LOL!
So to any future entrepreneurs reading this, simply believe in your goal, show up consistently and never quit until you get there, because you will get there eventually, you’ve just got to believe that!
