Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Andrea Dolci Baldini. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Andrea , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
Thank you for having me here today. I’m Andrea Dolci Baldini, and I’m thrilled to share a glimpse into my journey with you. The path to success, as I see it, is paved with persistence, passion, focus, a positive attitude, discipline, and unwavering consistency. It’s about setting clear goals, maintaining a positive mindset, and embracing the principle that every experience, win or loss, is an opportunity to learn.
In my life, I adhere to a simple yet profound motto: “It has to be good for the three of us.” Every decision, every venture, must benefit the client, myself, and align with God’s principles. If any of these elements are compromised, something is amiss, and I choose not to be a part of it.
In my life, I’ve been through a lot, and what I’ve learned is that what others do doesn’t change who we are inside. When you do the right thing, even if it seems like you’re losing something, in the end, you find success and, most importantly, God’s blessing, which means a lot to me.

Andrea , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m a proud mother of three incredible kids: Matt, 23, Lucas, 18, and Sophia, 12. I embarked on my journey from Brazil to Boston in 1995 at the age of 19, alongside my fiancé and now husband, Renato Baldini. In those early years, I took on various jobs – cleaning houses, delivering pizzas, newspapers – anything to make ends meet, especially since my parents weren’t here in the USA.
In 2003, I ventured into the mortgage industry, marking the beginning of a transformative chapter in my life. Fast forward to today, and I’m the owner of two offices, operating in both Florida and Massachusetts, with licenses to do business in 49 states. Since 2009, I’ve been the owner of an accounting office called Ultimate Financial Help in Woburn, MA, which has provided me with a 100% passive income stream.
Adding another layer to my journey, we run a podcast channel called VocePodCast. Our mission is to guide individuals towards success in both personal and professional aspects of life. You can find more about it on our website: https://vocepodcast.com/.
Through two decades of experience, I’ve discovered that building a robust company requires leadership rooted in care and love. It’s crucial for your team to witness these qualities for genuine respect and alignment. After all, people naturally follow those they like and trust. In terms of clients and customers, I firmly believe in placing them at the heart of every decision. Success should be beneficial for everyone involved, creating a win-win situation.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I was expecting my first child when I owned a spa in Somerville, MA. Things took a challenging turn after ending my partnership with my business associate. The spa faced an unfortunate incident – it caught fire due to sabotage. Sadly, we didn’t receive any insurance money, and we had to rebuild from scratch. Though, looking back, I realize we never truly start from scratch because the experiences we gain shape our journey.
After my partner fled back to Brazil upon realizing there would be no insurance payout for the spa, and after it was discovered through investigation that the incident was arson, I found myself back at the house where I had worked as a housekeeper before entering the spa partnership. February 2020, I returned to work for this family, and by April 2020, they generously sponsored my green card. This all unfolded under the last immigration law in the U.S. up to today. Without that sponsorship, I wouldn’t have gained my citizenship. It’s a powerful reminder that life can surprise us; what seems like the end can actually turn out to be the best thing ever.
I have also faced challenges in the mortgage industry, notably during the 2008 real estate market crisis. From that experience, I learned that holding on, reinventing ourselves, finding ways to improve our business, and practicing patience can lead to better outcomes than before!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Over the span of two decades, I’ve made it a point to carefully address every concern voiced by business partners, realtors, clients, employees, and co-workers. By attentively listening and proactively finding solutions to enhance our processes, I’ve not only built a strong reputation but also garnered the respect of clients and business partners alike.
