Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Andre Richie. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Andre, thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The story behind my mission begins with the “original meaning” of life. Every day, I am reminded of WHY and WHO as I reflect on surpassing “Potential” and becoming exceptional. Many of my adolescent peers lacked CHANCES, so with every chance, I intend to make a change. A chance is an opportunity, or better yet, a probability. However, based on my personal experiences and known research, premature mortality is driven by poverty. I didn’t need researchers to present these findings; I found recurring death and incarceration easy to keep track of because, if it’s not your peer, it’s the peer next door. My original meaning intensifies my passion for life. How can I quit when there’s much to live for? Why would I settle for being average when I have the chance to impact the world and be exceptional? Much hope is lost, but I plan to restore hope. Sometimes my commitment to excellence, my redemption, and my mentality are not understood. I do understand—when you are set apart, you sit afar. But soon, everyone will not just see but witness the meaning of the ORIGINAL.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
The best way to know me is to watch me. The best way to help me is to support me and the best way to understand me is to invest in me.
My name is Andre Richie, and I’m 25 years old. Though originally from Saint Louis, I’ve been living in Phoenix, Arizona, for the past three years. I’m the son of Nicole Sullivan and Andre Richie, and I have three older sisters. My family is spread across multiple states.
I am a former collegiate athlete who earned my undergraduate degree from Pittsburgh State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. I take pride in being a leader, innovator, and philanthropist—driven by my love for people and my passion for taking initiative. Regardless of the industry or business, great people are key to successful collaboration. This belief led me to adopt my personal motto: “The Best Work with the Best.”
Currently, I’m focused on expanding my career as an up-and-coming entertainer, and this journey feels generational. My path has been unconventional, involving starring in various projects, meeting prominent figures, and consistently delivering proven results. I’ve recorded international hits like “Move It,” collaborating with overlooked artists and helping them achieve their goals along the way. My determination surpasses my talent, and my character plays a key role in maintaining meaningful relationships.
While people may question the many hats I wear, I simplify them into two: the business mindset hat and the creative mindset hat. I realized some time ago that to attract investors for my creative endeavors, I first needed to demonstrate my business acumen. This understanding has allowed me to host sold-out events, bringing together business professionals and forward-thinking individuals to network.
I also acknowledge that my faith plays a significant role in my boldness and confidence. It has inspired me to believe that, in order to truly make an impact, you must give more than what you are and be more than what you do. I’m determined to leave a lasting impact on the world like never before.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Great character and mutual benefit are essential to me. A man of his word and a firm handshake still represent a solid agreement in my eyes. However, I’ve encountered situations where this hasn’t been the case for others, so adaptability is key in any market. My reputation is built on consistency and overachievement. My motto is, “Don’t just do it—be the best to ever do it.”
