Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Andrai Calloway . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Andrai, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

In order to be successful, first you have to have God in your life. You also have to have the support of your family. Your wife/husband if you have one. Although that is not always the case, it weighs heavily on your success. Not only as a business owner but as a person. You also have to be able to sacrifice and be able to keep your head up during bad times. Those attributes build great character.

Andrai, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I began my business initially on the premise of making music. I then started to gain interest in directing my own videos. I’ve always been very creative. That creativity has blossomed into my own media company, where we specialize in writing, short film production and also business operations consulting.

I am most proud of the body of work that I have built over the past 3 years. It is only going to grow from here.

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

My business is funded totally out of pocket. No loans have ever been obtained by Calloway Business Group. I pride myself on sole ownership. I am very good with saving and budgeting money. I used my nest egg that I’ve saved over the years.

All profits are reinvested back into the business so that we are able to scale.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I built my audience on social media by just being me basically. I dedicated a great amount of my time to converse and respond to our consumers. Also, placed a lot of money into digital marketing.
