After managing my own social media for over 17 years, I realized in the fall of 2023 that it was time to make a change to better align with the growth of my real estate business in the Coastal Bend. To stay competitive and provide the best service to my clients, I decided to hire an assistant to handle social media posting, content creation, and marketing. This decision has been a game-changer, freeing up about four hours of my day. Now, I can focus on critical aspects of my business, like networking, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
Having a dedicated assistant has brought consistency to my social media presence, which has improved my engagement and boosted my algorithms. One of the key lessons I learned in this process was identifying my strengths and outsourcing tasks where I needed support. For instance, video editing wasn’t my forte, so I specifically sought someone skilled in that area to ensure my content remained high-quality and engaging.

I’ve been a licensed Texas real estate agent since 2007, proudly serving the vibrant markets of Central and South Texas. I got into real estate because I’ve always had a passion for helping people through some of the most exciting and important milestones in their lives. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, helping them buy, sell, and invest in properties that align with their unique needs and goals. I’m also a wife, mom, and longtime resident of the Coastal Bend area, where I love being part of such a close-knit community and enjoying all the things that living by the beach have to offer.
As a real estate professional, I specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling properties, including new construction homes, first-time purchases, and investment opportunities. My services include everything from market analysis and marketing strategies to contract negotiations and personalized support. For sellers, I create tailored marketing plans that maximize visibility and value, while for buyers, I provide expertise in navigating the process, negotiating the best deals, and finding the ideal property for their needs. I’m particularly passionate about working with first-time homebuyers and helping them feel confident and informed throughout the process. Additionally, I’ve worked extensively with new construction properties, helping clients understand the ins and outs of building or purchasing a brand-new home.
One of the things that sets me apart is my commitment to continuous professional growth and my dedication to my clients. I hold a BBA in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Real Estate from the University of North Texas and have completed hundreds of hours of continuing education to stay on top of market trends and industry advancements. I’ve earned certifications like Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, Resort & Second Property Specialist, and the eXp Institutional Investment Services Certificate, among others. I’m also currently working toward obtaining my Texas Broker’s License. These achievements reflect my commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry so that I can provide the best possible service to my clients.
What I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me. Buying or selling a home is a significant decision, and I’m honored to guide my clients through the process with care, transparency, and expertise.
