We were lucky to catch up with Anastacia Haye recently and have shared our conversation below.
Anastacia, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
My mission was born from a deeply personal journey. Although I was dressed up on the outside, I felt broken on the inside—empty and unfulfilled. Healing from hidden scars marked the beginning of my transformation. From that healing came a calling: to help women shine like the stars they truly are.
In my darkest moments—facing rejection and isolation—God became my only hope. Giving my life to Jesus changed everything, including the way I do business. What was once just styling became a ministry of empowerment.
Every woman who works with me leaves not just looking better, but feeling encouraged, inspired, and genuinely seen. In a world filled with media noise, unrealistic standards, and the constant chase of instant gratification, so many women are silently screaming for peace. They smile in public, but behind closed doors, they’re burned out, hurting, or feeling empty.
My mission is to shift that narrative.
At Anastacia’s Styling, I help women—especially those in business—develop not only an immaculate brand presence, but also a sense of wholeness, confidence, and authenticity. No more pretending. No more apologies for who they are.
Through the isolation I experienced during the early days of launching my business in 2015, God taught me to be transparent, bold, and unapologetically authentic. As a certified life coach, I now integrate coaching into my services to ensure women are empowered from the inside out—so they can show up for who they’re called to serve with clarity, poise, and confidence.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Hi, I’m Anastacia Haye — Fashion Empowerment Coach, Certified Life Coach, and Founder of Anastacia’s Styling.
My love for fashion began when I was just 9 years old. I was glued to fashion magazines, loved playing dress-up, and spent countless hours watching shows like How Do I Look and What Not to Wear on the Style Network. I was so fascinated—I could see myself doing what those stylists did on TV. Believe it or not, that’s around the time I wore my first pair of pumps. I took my mom’s heels, stuffed them to fit, and wore them to school. Before heading home, I slipped them off and hid them in my backpack. But when I got home, my mom decided to look through my bag. She was so disappointed—and let’s just say, I got in big trouble that day!
By the age of 16, my mom saw how passionate I was and allowed me to fully embrace my inner fashionista. In high school, I confidently wore heels, did my makeup, and dressed like the stylist I dreamed of becoming. Wanting to take things further, I got a job in clothing retail to see what it would be like to style real women and apply everything I had learned from the shows I grew up watching.
I also started a little side hustle after school—friends who admired my style began asking me to help them with their own. They’d come over for makeovers and hair sessions, and yes, I charged them $20! That was my own spending money, and back then, $20 could go a long way—especially when it came to buying my favorite snacks. The next day, they’d walk into school feeling confident and getting compliments that made them glow. Seeing how empowered they felt made me realize this was more than just a fun hobby—it was purpose.
The consistent encouragement and positive feedback from friends, customers, and strangers gave me the confidence to take this seriously. When it was time to graduate high school, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Even though some people didn’t understand or support the vision, I pressed forward. I believed in the dream God placed in my heart—and thankfully, my mother believed in it too. She’s always been my biggest cheerleader.
My official journey began in 2011 while I was in college. On the outside, I looked polished and put together—but on the inside, I was quietly battling low self-worth, brokenness, and an identity crisis. I didn’t know fulfilling my purpose would feel so lonely. I was dressed on the outside but felt empty within—unfulfilled, overlooked, and unsure of who I truly was.
Surrendering my life to Christ changed everything. It was the turning point that brought healing, purpose, and clarity to my path. Fashion became more than style—it became a ministry. Today, I empower women all over the world to rebuild their confidence, embrace their true identity, and style themselves for the life they were divinely created to live.
In 2015, during my final year of college, Anastacia’s Styling was born. By 2017, I launched it publicly—not as a student, but as an entrepreneur with a clear purpose. Anastacia’s Styling was created with a heart to serve women in business—those making bold moves on the outside, yet feeling unseen or insecure on the inside. I help these women align their inner confidence with their outer presence so they can walk into any room and own it—fully and unapologetically.
What sets me apart is my faith-rooted, inside-out approach to style and branding. I combine fashion with personal development and life coaching to ensure my clients don’t just look good, but they feel empowered, authentic, and whole. From style consultations and wardrobe transformation to confidence coaching and branding sessions, every service is designed to help women step into their purpose with poise and authority.
What I’m most proud of is seeing women go from doubting themselves to showing up as bold, radiant leaders in their industries. My brand is not about trends—it’s about transformation.
So if you’re a woman in business ready to elevate your brand presence, align with your God-given identity, and feel beautiful from the inside out—I’m here for you. Let’s build something divine together.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
When I was first starting out, building an audience on social media was definitely a challenge. Thankfully, I was working with a business coach who encouraged me to lead with value, not sales. That advice changed everything. I began joining Facebook groups that aligned with my niche and instead of promoting my services, I shared valuable insights, encouragement, and content that truly served others. I made a point to engage authentically, support other posts, and contribute to the community.
This approach allowed people who resonated with my content to naturally follow my page, book a complimentary consultation, or connect further. Over time, I expanded my efforts by joining networking events—both in-person and virtually, which became essential to growing my presence. Alignable, in particular, became one of the platforms I used frequently to attend virtual networking events. The community there was filled with entrepreneurs ready to connect, collaborate, and support. It helped grow my following tremendously by creating space for genuine conversations and meaningful 1:1 follow-ups.
Whenever I connected with someone or we exchanged business cards, I would ask which platform they used most, and we’d follow one another to continue supporting each other’s business journey. In the early days, I networked daily. As my business evolved, networking became a consistent weekly practice.
Once I gained more clarity in my message and confidence in my business, I began creating free resources and lead magnets and occasionally ran Facebook ads. On the thank-you or confirmation pages, I included my social media handles and invited people to stay connected for more tips and inspiration. I also followed up with emails that included next steps—one of which was to follow me on social media. This helped me build a community that was not just transactional, but truly engaged.
As my clientele grew, I made it a habit to encourage clients to follow me to stay informed and inspired.
My advice for those who are just starting out: join niche-specific groups and focus on building real connections. Share value consistently—people follow what helps them. Support others and be seen as a trusted voice. Leverage networking platforms like Alignable, which I personally use regularly to attend virtual events and connect with fellow entrepreneurs. It’s full of people ready to engage—no cold calls, just real conversations that lead to real growth. Remember, growing a social media presence is a journey, not a race. Show up, serve well, and the right audience will find you.

Any fun sales or marketing stories?
One of my most memorable and impactful marketing experiences was when I decided to host my very first fashion show combined with a book signing event. At that time, I was constantly seeking new ways to bring exposure to my business, and rather than waiting for an opportunity to come to me, I chose to create one myself, which was a bold leap of faith.
I had just moved to a new state, barely knew anyone, and honestly, I wasn’t sure if anyone would even show up. But deep down, I trusted God’s guidance and felt this was the next step I had to take to prove to myself that I was capable of making things happen, despite the nervousness and doubts.
Starting with a modest budget, I carefully planned how to get a return on my investment. I found a beautiful venue that offered everything I needed at a reasonable price and secured it with a down payment plus an installment plan. Then, I set up the event on Eventbrite and began selling tickets.
Next, I prepared for the event by gathering models and creating flyers to hand out to spread the word. At a women’s conference where I was a vendor, I boldly shared my event, passed out flyers, and collected email sign-ups. That’s when a woman I had never met before walked up to me and said, “I want to be your model.” At first, I wasn’t sure she was serious, but she looked me in the eyes and meant every word. We exchanged contact information right then and there.
Shortly after, a professional model with a sizable following reached out via email, asking if I needed models and shared her portfolio. We agreed she’d model for free clothing from my boutique, and she even offered to bring along some aspiring models friends. At that moment, I was amazed and gave God all the praise because the models I initially counted on had dropped out, but now I had an even better lineup.
Ticket sales began to pour in — from conference attendees, networking events, and strangers who found the event on Eventbrite. My heart raced with excitement; this was actually happening!
To keep costs down, my sister, an incredible cook, made the event menu. On the day of the event, models arrived early, the food was set up, and I quickly styled the models’ outfits from my boutique and their makeup — a skill I had honed from my experience working behind the scenes at prestigious events, such as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
What touched me most was seeing the venue fill up—I could hardly believe it. The room was packed with people, including family members who had once doubted my career path. The event exceeded all my expectations — every book was sold and signed, and I even made a significant sale at my boutique that night, ensuring a great return on my investment.
But beyond sales, the most rewarding part was hearing from attendees who told me my speech inspired them to pursue their own dreams. During the book signing, I shared my personal story of success, and it truly made an impact on their hearts.
