We recently connected with Anasha Soisette and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Anasha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
I’ve been blessed with decent parents but not the best parents. What my parents did right would technically be an oxymoron. They did A LOT WORNG which allowed me to know what I didn’t want to do or be as a adult. I decided that I wanted to be a better person. My parents taught me all of the toxic personality traits like shutting down, isolation, explosive anger responses, etc. I had made it up in my mind I wanted to be a good listener, kind, helpful, loving, cherished, a good friend, non-judging, etc. Ultimately making this decision meant that I was taking on the responsibility of addressing darkness that I battled with on the inside and hold myself and others accountable for their actions. Needless to say I wasn’t the favorite in my family. I experienced isolation that was so heartbreaking but it was a choice to choose myself and my own happiness or conforming to others ideologies and selling myself short.
I CHOSE ME and I don’t regret it at all. I’m still not the crowd favorite but I am completely happy and satisfied with the person I see in the mirror and that’s ok with me.

Anasha, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My story into healing and meditation begins with my own personal journey. I consider myself a late bloomer. Up until recently I had no idea what my mark was supposed to be on this world. In my early 20s I was a habitual people pleaser. After realizing that I was extremely unhappy I began a true journey in seeking true happiness and began to cultivate my own definition of happiness. I knew my spirit yearned for connection so I followed my curiosity into the healing modality of massage and bodywork. I consider this the “gateway” healing modality for most energy workers. I became certified and felt unfulfilled…… still. So I continued my search. After much living, loving, and learning, I’ve learned that happiness lies within and there is nothing externally they can provide a level of happiness that will make the soul content. I was confused and extremely angry that I had no “passion” in life. This life lesson led me to the understanding that there are others out there seeking for the same passion, zeal and purpose of their own life and yielding the same results of un-fulfillment. I realized I could help those on their journey to happiness and personal truth. Once I had this eye opening moment I knew I had found my purpose in life and I was able to use one of my favorite healing modalities of sound and vibration to assist in this process. I was now able to see why I had experienced life the way that I did and it was all formulated for this very purpose. I realized I was in training my entire life to do this work.
I’m Anasha Soisette and I’m a Sound and Vibrational healing practitioner. I hold space for others to find themselves rooted in their own personal truth and to carve their own path to happiness by way of group meditative sound baths and singular vibrational sessions. I use crystal singing bowls , Himalayan sound bowls and a plethora of sacred instruments to guide others down a path to relaxation and fulfillment to divine purpose.
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
Absolutely- Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work has been life changing. His explanation of the importance of the heart and the mind acting in a coherent manner as a pathway to supreme manifestation of one’s true desires has had my attention for quite sometime. If you ever get a chance to study this work you’ll soon also become a believer in your own true manifesting powers.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
My life Mantra is “The Only thing that is constant is CHANGE”. I was a young woman when I realized that I needed to be flexible and adapt to the change that I was constantly being confronted with. While on my journey to fulfillment and personal truth life seemed to throw me so many curve balls that had me develop some extremely tough skin. In result of this I developed a skill to tune into my intuition for guidance on my next steps in life. This skill has been my life’s greatest lesson, relying on my own inner knowing and intuition. This inner knowing has guided me successfully guided me to and through many pivots in life. I teach all of my clients the same information that the answer lies within them and I specialize in holding space for them to sift through the chaos in their minds , lives, careers to find their own knowing and inner voice.
