Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ana Rondón. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Ana , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What was one of the most important lessons you learned in school? Why did that lesson stick with you?
When I studied my specialization in marketing issues, Sales’s teacher, recommended a book, was nice, but the most outstanding thing was to read, at the end, “Steve Jobs’ speech” , and the most power prhase was “You can´t connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backeards. This phrase made me feel that any place, wherever I was, doing things different from my career or interests, would lead me at some point to be where I wanted.
Never stop learning, never stop being curious and always be humble to learn from all people, there is always someone who can be your teacher.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I studied marketing because my parents decided to, but finally, I fell in love with my career and discovered few year later, my passion for nature. That, led me to found “Proyecto Verdeo” project that seeks the development of environmental awareness for a world in harmony.
We work with children and adolescents on environmental education issues through workshops, programs and talks.
One of the things that makes me feel proud is to have been able to open space in environmental education with children, helping to awaken that curiosity about the world, leading them to reflect and show them how the world works.
I want to show children and adolescents that they can use a part of their lives to build a more conscious world where we remember that we are part of nature, respecting all beings.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
One thing, that motivate me every day is knowing that one day I will stop being here and that I used my life, as an example of pursuing ideals and the hope of not giving up and going for what one dreams.
Life is more than the classical career that they are told us “study, work, have a family and retire you”
Life is to awaken that inner light that moves us.
Dont sleep more, please.

Any resources you can share with us that might be helpful to other creatives?
I would have liked to know that my thoughts and words have the power to make me trust myself, to make me believe that I am the worst or that I am the best. The first rule on this path is to believe in yourself and your great talent.
