Ana, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you come up with the idea for your business?
How did the idea come about? A difficult question to answer since I have always had the idea of growing and progressing in life. But what I have today started as something from friends, a friend and me both housewives with children who not only wanted an income but something to entertain ourselves and also contribute. We star des looking for ideas and we decided for chocolate cover strawberries, some other desserts and flower arrangements with strawberries, we were not experts but we had the intention.
For my part I am very dedicated and if I want to do something always try to do it well and if its for sell and make people happy do the best, effort and dedication. Since that day my mission was, see what to offer, how to do it, what we need, what is the basics, perfectionism, I watched many videos and from there I got ideas, techniques and learning!.
The idea of everything started in January and we wanted to be ready for February Valentine’s Day, we made a good catalog rather ideas to start promoting. We made the arrangements we took the photos and we started in mid-January, we started publishing them on social networks and it was a success we started to have orders from that day and on. And then February came we were so nervous but it went super well Valentine’s Day we had about 80 orders, we were devastated. Then I said and then what’s going to happen next? I want to continue and she still wanted to continue, but after 2 weeks she decided not to be part of this since she got a job and the rest of her time wanted to dedicate it to her home and family, I accepted her decision but for my part I’m going to continue. Constant orders came, Mother’s Day a success too but it was just me now and star making some changes, for now and on I stop offer desserts an strawberries since it was so much time consuming so I decided to focus only on floral arrangements and gifts.
And started doing my job, more dedication in everything I did, you dont want to see my first bouquets of flowers, but every day I grew and start being much better, star getting more quality flowers, learning her care got my LLC and offer what Im now.
Now I am what I am thanks to my effort, dedication, many learnings because everything has happened to me, right now I am starting to get up again because not always is sweetness in this business but thank God and with the help of my family I have been able to fight and get up every day.

Hello, I’m Ana Acevedo and I’m the owner of Gibella Flowers LLC. I’m the face behind each arrangements, I choise and receiving flowers, I make home deliveries, I respond every message and call every day but in holidays like Valentine’s Day Mother’s Day events whe are me and my team (my family).
We offer all kinds of services, every day flowers, funeral arrangements, quinceañeras, weddings, cocktail events, pop ups events, we create any idea you have, for you and your love ones.
I am here for each of my clients so they feel happy with the beauty that nature offers, because they are not only flowers tied in paper or in vases, it is life to illuminate to make you smile to give comfort on thoes sad days, so they can give you the best of each one and make that moment special because they offer their life for you, you watch them grow, bloom and give all the best of them for you and to make you smile.

I always try to be active on the trends, special days have my catalog according to the season and basics to, have everything they need or reques is if it’s something new, never say no so the can always trust us.

Always offer the best quality and presentation and from there I always receive messages of gratitude as well as references.
