We were lucky to catch up with Amy Reczek recently and have shared our conversation below.
Amy, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
We look at sales with an addition lens and include a heavy focus on Relationship (Soft) Skills within our consulting. Did you know 85% of successful business is relationship skills?

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
As a corporate sales professional for 20 years (17 years in corporate sales) I loved my career but felt there was always a missing piece I was not getting. When I was thinking of my next chapter I put pen to paper and discovered that the missing piece was advanced sales training. This was the beginning of our company Sales and Presence. The design and structure of what we offer comes from three key areas: Psychology, Sales Knowledge, and Communication (verbal and nonverbal). We provide a new roadmap and techniques on how to communicate and have success in the sales space. As a consultant directly working with management and your sales team we give your company more bandwidth to focus on what you need while giving you tools to hit your target goals. For management it can be difficult to keep up with current sales trends or really helping their team with small tweaks that can make the biggest changes. This is where we come in. We help everyone shine and create success. We solve the problem of how to sell in an informed customer space. We offer this through:

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Reviews and referrals are key to our success. Our first year in business we worked heavily on proof of concept to make our services come to life in the way the industry needed them. From there we slowly grew by sharing the feedback we were receiving along with customer referrals. We also have a presence on social media and consistently focus on value, always thinking around how we can support everyone from the space of our expertise and passion.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Clients are like family to us, they are much more than a transaction. We spend time not only getting to know the company and it’s goals but even more so the people within the company. We practice what we teach within relationship skills and get to know the human drive behind the company name and yearly goals. We work to become a true partner focused on their success. To do this we stay relevant by staying top of mind via way of a monthly newsletter and social media. We also have a follow up cadence for all past, current, and potential clients. 80% of sales is done between the 5th and 12th contact. Continuous follow up is key to business success.
