Amy, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Almost every entrepreneur we know has considered donating a portion of their revenue to an organization or cause – how did you make the decision of whether to donate? We’d love to hear the backstory if you’re open to sharing the details
We have a Hometown Hero’s program for current and retired law enforcement, first responders, military, PK-12 educators, and nurses. Our program allows these individuals who serve our community to benefit from incentives related to either the sale or purchase of their property resulting from our services. We want to say “thank-you” to those who dedicate their livelihood to bettering our community.
Amy, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Team Maneely strives to provide our clients with a personalized touch and 20 plus years of experience buying and selling real estate. As a life long residents of Prescott we are determined to provide unparalleled service to our clients and community. As locals we can provide a wealth of information and resources to the newcomer. We have experience and are owners of investment properties as well as residential real estate. We also highly value our community and serve as volunteers in multiple capacities including PTSA boards, youth sports coaching, and competitive youth team management.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Team Maneely works hard to create an environment of trust, loyalty and expertise with our clients. Our reputation is very important to our business as much of our business is repeat and referral based. Maintaining high ethical standards and doing what is right are core beliefs of our practice. Working in community organizations through volunteerism also helps to establish our reputation as civic minded, trustworthy business persons.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Our very favorite source of clients are referrals from previous clients. We love working with friends, family, and acquaintances of previous clients. We find great joy in helping “our people” reach their real estate goals.
