We were lucky to catch up with Amy Hall recently and have shared our conversation below.
Amy, appreciate you joining us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later
My husband and I have always dreamed of owning our own business, but finding the right business, at the right moment, that would fit everything we imagined took a while. Graze Craze presented that opportunity at the right time for us because it checks all of the things we were looking for and it gives us an opportunity to be a part of the community while doing something we love. We always put the family first and with the last of our three children graduating high school this year the time couldn’t be better to take on a new adventure.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We are the proud owners of Graze Craze Frisco, a charcuterie board franchise that specializes in creating celebrations with food for any occasion from large to small. We have a product that is great for business gatherings, customer appreciation, and anything our customers can imagine. All of this is accomplished through a variety of charcuterie boards that include brunch boards, dessert boards, vegetarian boards, keto boards, and more. We want everyone to think of us for their next celebration or event so they can experience the joy of bringing friends, family, and coworkers together.
How’d you meet your business partner?
My business partner in this venture is my husband, Brett. This year we celebrate 30 years of marriage and we still like taking on new adventures together and contributing to the community we are surrounds us. We have grown together and learned that the best business partner for us is one another.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
With my husband’s career we have moved several times throughout the years. Each time is a new beginning and a quest to create new opportunities, new friends, and become part of the community. The latest move to Texas five years ago has put us in a place we consider home. It took some time to get here, but the friends, family, and opportunities have made this the place we consider our forever home.
