We recently connected with Amy & Adam Hamilton and have shared our conversation below.
Amy & Adam, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
We love to send our clients a special Thank you gift shortly after booking.

Amy & Adam, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
We started filming weddings in 2009 after Adam was laid off during the market crash. Having a videographer for our own wedding in 2006 was one of the best decisions we made. We still cherish our wedding video and the experience that came with it. That’s what inspired us to start this journey – wanting to give other couples the same meaningful, stress-free experience and a wedding film they’d love for a lifetime.

Any resources you can share with us that might be helpful to other creatives?
We wish we had known about CRMs (Customer relationship management) Software. It has helped us stay organized.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Past client referrals and vendor referrals.
