Hi Amie, thanks for joining us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

I’m Amie, an award-winning published photographer with a B.A in Fine Arts: Photography and the owner of Beloved Bliss Studios. Over the past ten years, I’ve developed my style, my love, & my passion for lifestyle photography.

The name Beloved Bliss is derived from my name, Amie, meaning beloved, joined with the many blissful moments & events we experience throughout our life.

Beloved Bliss Studios was launched in 2014 and focuses on documenting candid moments filled with beautiful light and authentic connections.

My goal as a photographer is to capture families just being themselves- all of their moments, the quiet ones, the loud ones, the messy ones, & everything in-between.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

One of the most rewarding parts of being a professional photographer is documenting all those moments that typically go unnoticed and providing images and artwork that can be passed down to your kids’ kids.

I primarily serve clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, but in 2018 I started offering photo sessions throughout the US and most recently internationally. I’ve had the privilege of shooting sessions in incredible locations like Telluride, Colorado, the French Quarter in New Orleans, several national parks including White Sands in New Mexico and Joshua Tree in California, a beachside cliff in San Diego, in front of the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco and this past summer in downtown Lausanne, Switzerland.

Not only do I believe in authentically capturing family’s stories, but I am dedicated to offering a full-service custom portrait experience. This includes picking a great location for my clients, coordinating all the best outfits to wear, having a laid-back session experience, and lastly selecting products to best showcase their favorite images.

As a full-service photographer, I offer digitals, as well as one-of-a-kind heirloom products handpicked and hand crafted from all around the world. I truly believe it is a disservice to my clients to send them home with just a bunch of digital files that will get lost on the cloud, and disappear on fading technology (remember floppy discs?)

Photographs are one of the most important things we have in life; they hold your heritage, & they will be passed down for generations for your children’s children to learn about who you were in the best stages of your life.

I want my clients to go home with museum quality wall art and photo albums that will last 100+ years to properly document their family’s legacy. Photos deserve to shine, and not just on a screen- let this be your reminder to print those photos.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve expanded?

My love for documenting life’s blissful moments has blossomed into helping enhance life’s biggest days through my newest venture – Beloved Bliss Events.

Beloved Bliss Events is the event division of my photography lifestyle brand, Beloved Bliss Studios. While studying for my photography degree, I bartended throughout college and enjoyed it so much that I continued over the years while building up Beloved Bliss Studios. Now it has all come full circle; with Beloved Bliss Events I can merge both worlds and meet so many amazing clients and vendors throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

Beloved Bliss Events officially launched in Spring of 2023 and serves areas from the Main Line, Haddonfield, Princeton, King of Prussia, the Jersey Shore, and everywhere in-between.

The first item to launch within Beloved Bliss Events is a 1962 Piaggio Vespa Scooter imported directly from Europe that was restored and converted into a BYOB mobile tap bar.

The Beloved Bliss mobile bar is in fact drivable and is conveniently sized at 4 feet wide and x 6.5 feet long. Its compact size allows us to serve your favorite drinks in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors – so the party truly is wherever you park it.

Featuring 2 taps, our Beloved Bliss mobile bar can mix and match beer, prosecco, ciders, seltzers, kegged cocktails, or even a non-alcoholic Elderflower lemonade.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, bridal shower, birthday party, mitzvah, or corporate event – we will be there to not only provide a luxury bar experience and photo prop, but a great conversation starter amongst your guests.

The positive response I have received from clients and their guests so far has honestly just been incredible. The Beloved Bliss Events mobile bar is not just an unique experience, it is a conversation piece for guests of all ages.

Whether it’s couples who like to daydream about their honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast, friends that couldn’t get enough of The White Lotus, kids who want to feel like they are in the movie Luca, or the bride’s grandfather who has a deep appreciation for all things vintage, our Vespa mobile bar brings people together.
