We were lucky to catch up with Amberly Alexander recently and have shared our conversation below.
Amberly, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Of course it’ll take preparation, determination, focus, and consistency. Those are the main things, but I’ve also learned that it’s also about timing, paying attention to detail, and being decisive. Always more, never less.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
For me, music has always been a focal point. Started playing piano at the age of 6. Then started writing songs on the piano by the age of 9. Went from playing piano and bass guitar in a band to using the same speaker equipment to DJ for private events. In college, i also took photography and graphic design courses.
Between my business partners and I, we are able to provide DJ services, Pro lighting services, Consultations, Equipment rentals, Music production, Content Creation, Photography, and Videography services. These services are perfect for creating memorable private events, helping businesses to create a memorable atmosphere, helping music producers or artists through collaboration, and helping anyone who needs photo/video content. We can also play liaison and connect our clients with vendors and other businesses that would be of benefit.
My business partners and I are just a bunch of creative producers! We love to take a concept and make it a reality for our clients and collaborators. Every detail matters!

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
Yes, my goal is to one day quit the 9-5 and continue building on my creative journey. My mission is to use music as a foundation to achieving that goal.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
For me, the most rewarding aspect of being a creative is the reward of expression and seeing the end result. Being a creative producer, taking a concept and making it reality is the ultimate freedom of expression. Communication hasn’t always been easy for me. Because of ADHD, I’m more “abstract” when it comes to art, creativity, and communication lol. Music, for me, is the best form of communication. Playing an instrument is the best non-verbal communication. And i create art through digital communications.
