We were lucky to catch up with Amanda Fawver recently and have shared our conversation below.
Amanda , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Often outsiders look at a successful business and think it became a success overnight. Even media and especially movies love to gloss over nitty, gritty details that went into that middle phase of your business – after you started but before you got to where you are today. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. Can you talk to us about your scaling up story – what are some of the nitty, gritty details folks should know about?
I found myself in an industry full of “gurus”. Everybody had to the right tactics and the rights “hacks”… but NONE of them worked. I was meeting with clients everyday that had invested so much to learn and yet the pieces still weren’t coming together for them. I knew that I had scaled a business to five figures monthly with a TINY audience by today’s standards and I knew what my clients needed wasn’t a hack or another system… but simply authenticity.
So I created a program around Becoming Her. So many people focus so hard on getting followers and pay way too much attention to their vanity metrics… they have no idea that even just the tiny audience in front of them is ready to buy. They just need to be ACTIVATED🏆
I know this program works and delivers 10 fold because I implemented it myself and generate consistent four figures daily. My program launches March 4❤️

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
In a world full of people who just want to be influencers, I pride myself on being a women who has influence. I don’t have a traditional take on online marketing. I spent 8 years building a network marketing business to find myself burnt out and SO exhausted. I knew the potential was there but I also strongly believe that my time is the most important thing I have and I it’s not meant to be spent behind a phone screen.
So I created a business and a system that gives me my time and allows me to be ME. I teach my clients how to show up authentically in the right way so they can scale to 10k months but also to do it in a way where they have their time back👯♀️

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
I had to unlearn that in order to be successful, you have to be everywhere.
In my mlm, I was coached to share my life constantly, post three times a day, go live constantly. So I carried that into my digital marketing business… and quickly found myself burnt out the same way.
But I couldn’t give up on the purpose I had. So I changed the narrative.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
This one is SO relevant today.
I scaled my business to 20k months, I was making high 3 figures to 4 figures everyday. My social media got taken down and I had to start over from scratch… and while it felt like a gut punch, it made me go back to the drawing board.
I knew you didn’t need a huge following so I made it my mission to prove that with a brand new account. And I did just that.
