Transitioning from our modest beginnings as a home-based operation to our current brick-and-mortar establishment has been a journey filled with gratitude and humility. We are deeply thankful for the overwhelming demand for our grooming services, which has allowed us to expand and serve even more pet owners in our community. As someone who values humility and modesty, I attribute our growth not only to hard work but also to the support of our loyal customers and dedicated team. From starting with just a handful of dogs a day to now overseeing a team of over 13 employees, it’s been a humbling experience to witness the evolution of our business. While we’ve achieved milestones along the way, we remain grounded in our commitment to providing quality grooming services and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Our focus is not on accolades or recognition but on ensuring that every pet that comes through our doors receives the care and attention they deserve. With over two decades of experience, my journey began in my childhood and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to animal companionship and welfare. My expertise spans a wide array of specialties, including breed-specific grooming, pet styles, competition work, and instructional teaching capabilities. I hold multiple certifications and licenses in the pet industry, ranging from NDGAA masters to pet massage and senior care. We started the business after we started our family, as we wanted something to call our own that would grow with us. My husband set up the business and surprised me with it as a gift. He knew I needed that initial push and then we just ran with it! Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
