Amanda, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today It’s easy to look at a business or industry as an outsider and assume it’s super profitable – but we’ve seen over and over again in our conversation with folks that most industries have factors that make profitability a challenge. What’s biggest challenge to profitability in your industry?
I feel like some think that our cookies are just cookies. They may think our prices are too high and not worth it. There is a lot of time and energy that go into each of our cookies. Each of our cookies are hand decorated, created by our hearts and inspired by our clients. We offer a variety of designs per order to create a story based on their requests. We strive to created not only a beautiful looking cookie but one that is flavorful.

. Raised in Northern Colorado, over 25 years in the dental industry. Baking has always been my stress reliever. Cookies, cakes anything sweet! I love the creative side of sugar cookie decorating and turning dough into a work of art that taste good! My goal is to make every event extra special.
After being displaced from my corporate job in 2020, I decided to jump in building my cookie business full time. I’m a self taught baker, since childhood. focusing on custom decorated cookies hand designed for every occasion. Offering bakery style cookies, cake pops and printed cookies, perfect for corporate events, weddings and any marketing events
Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
I’m a self taught cookie baker. Turning my hobby into a business. I was displaced from my corporate job due to the pandemic. This allowed me to capitalize on the growth and turn my hobby into a business. It’s been growing ever since. I have a huge support tribe composed of family and friends.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I believe in customer service! Being kind and respectful as well as listening to the customer request and proving them with an excellent tasting product and creative design to enhance their occasion
