Amada , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Hard work and passion. No matter where you come from or your current situation, you can accomplish great things. As long as you believe in yourself and push yourself every day, sooner or later you will see results. Patience is key. Not all days will be great. Fight through the bad ones and enjoy the good ones. It is a journey, but its not impossible. Personally, life has been rough. Even though life can throw you down, how you get up says a lot about you.

May I start by introducing myself? My name is Amada Marie Martinez. Born in San Marcos and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, I’m a proud mother of 3 beautiful girls and a business owner, A & D Title Transfers and More. Any advice for managing a team?

Communication is important as well as building a safe environment for your team. Your team has to feel free to communicate with you any doubts or concerns they may have. You must know your business in and out. Allow your team to individually express themselves and give their opining on what can be done to improve daily. There is always space for improvement. A happy team is a happy client.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Honesty. Be honest with your clients about how their process is going. Allow them to inform you about any concerns they may have and let them know how you can help them. Let your clients get to know you through your social media platforms and most importantly, always make them feel welcome.
