We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Ama Gonzalez a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Ama , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
In the beauty industry, the majority of customers are women.
Something I do differently is that I see my client as a human being, not as an income asset to my business.
That is why I am an ally in their feelings, I was interested in their integral well-being and in my consultations, I am very attentive to listen and validate their emotions.
I also educate each patient and create their own skin care routine for home.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
