We were lucky to catch up with Ama Annoh recently and have shared our conversation below.
Ama , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The Living Legacy Hub was created to serve the everyday entrepreneur. Whether new, seasoned, or upcoming; whether you are a creative, product based, service based, in the food industry, or undecided. We are here to serve you. The definition of a Hub is, in short, is “the effective center of activity; focal point”. I would like to emphasize the word “effective”. We are not here to just collect your money in exchange for service and products, no. We are here to effectively transform the face, and/or foundation of your business; doing whatever it takes to take your business to the next level. We are also very passionate about empowering our entrepreneurs. What makes us truly unique is the opportunity for our entrepreneurs to choose their level of business involvement. We can build and manage on your behalf, carry you along the process, or coach you through every step enabling you to maintain and scale your business without us in the future. We are not here to force dependency, but to create and maintain your ideal entrepreneurship experience. That is our mission; serving and empowering the everyday entrepreneur and business professional.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Where do I begin! Entrepreneurship is in my blood! I come from a family of entrepreneurs and grew up helping my mother with her businesses. I am a first generation American, so entrepreneurship is what gave my family the opportunity to be stable in America and even experience abundance. Unfortunately, the abundance we short lived. When my family split up, the businesses split with them. I was about fourteen years at the time, and even then, I wondered about the efficiency of my family’s businesses. I would often ask myself questions like “How are we tracking inventory?”, “I see a lot of money, but how much did the goods, transportation, etc. cost?”, “Is this decision good for the business?”.
Years later in college, I dove deeper into my passions aligned with small business and the startup scene in Atlanta. This is when I fell in love with technology and its contributions to increasing business efficiency! I also had the opportunity to work closely with a few startups and small businesses before pivoting into the corporate world.
Business has never left me. The passion to see and develop entrepreneurs, creatives, and innovators into business owners landed me in formal and informal conversations with family, friends, uber drivers, business owners, and even strangers about their businesses, preliminary recommendations, and their next steps towards development. Soon, the talent and passion became too much to do as a mere hobby.
The engine behind The Legacy Hub is the deep desire to see our clients succeed. I have seen too often what happens to businesses that lack a strong support, a scalable foundation, and automated processes for efficiency up close. I work very hard to help business owners avoid the same outcome and enjoy the process!
At the Living Legacy Hub, we have something for EVERY TYPE of entrepreneur. In short, we offer business, brand, and event consulting/coaching. As well as business management and investor/investment coordination. The ideal client is people who are willing and ready. Ready to build, ready to invest, ready to strategize.
in addition to our services, we off products like business plans, logo creation, website building, and soon to come; lifestyle products. Some of our offerings are a combination of the two- consulting and products. This includes full business brand identity, business and marketing strategies, short-let rental cration/management, etc.

Any advice for managing a team?
Managing a team and maintaining high morale begins with me and my personal perspective and level of moral. Then to leaders in my organization. Who I am as a person affects the cultural foundation of every business that I build and run. Taking care of myself enables me to be the best version of myself to my team and clients. Exercise, clean environments, and organization. It’s not always easy to maintain all three simultaneously, but the efforts have made monumental differences in my life. This helps me to reason every individual in my team and meet them where they are.
Second, and most importantly. know your team. Treat your employees, e-board, clients, etc. as individual beings with unique lives, concerns, and goals- because they are. I can confidently say that I have a clear idea of the major pain points and goals of every single employee and e-board member that work or and with me. I do my absolute best to ensure that the benefits of working with me go beyond pay and/or impact. For example, if a team member wants to learn more about real estate; I may ask them if they are interested in leading research efforts for a real estate client’s full brand identity.
I thoroughly believe that excitement behind the work itself and a warm work environment plays a major role in the productivity and growth of any business organization.
Lastly, have the tough conversations- respectfully. There is a zero tolerance for passive aggression from me or any team member. If there is a problem, speak up. The atmosphere of transparency that we promote allows encourages more trust within our teams and between us and our clients as well.
Do you have multiple revenue streams – if so, can you talk to us about those streams and how your developed them?
Yes, we also receive revenue from our cleaning company, Airbnb, and turo rentals :). Soon we will begin receiving revenue from investment opportunities that are in the works.
