Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My name is Alyssa. I am a psychic esthetician and a yoga instructor. I focus on connecting our mind, body and spirit all back together. I am a big believer that evening matters and everything should be intentional in your life. You are in control of so many things, your attitude, your energy, your diet, your lifestyle and so much more. My purpose is to elevate people to be the most expansive, honest, authentic, whole version of themselves.

I am proud of my beautiful family as I grew up with divorced parents. I am proud of my business and how my husband and I built it ourselves. I am proud of my physical fitness despite my disability in my leg. I am proud of trusting my intuition and development dicernment.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Being born with a double club foot and a heart murmur. Navigating what it looks like in my body to exercise in a way that didn’t cause pain. Being an overweight child and the weight it held on me spiritually. The importance of not just mental health, but our lower 3 chakras and how we connect to the world and environment we are in currently.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start?

For many years I held shame about it, I was a bikini barista for years; it was my financial flow and my way to having a stream of income I could rely on while I built myself, my hobbies and figured out who I truly was. The money I made from bikini-barista-ing funded the building I operate my business out of. It bought my home and it brought me financial abundance to build what my true purpose was. I have a story about the moment I knew it wasn’t right anymore and it was time to pivot as well.
