Hi Altherica, thanks for joining us today. Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?
I was in a very abusive, toxic relationship and I ate to make myself feel better. I ended up gaining almost 90 lbs. I was 150 and in less than a year, I was almost 240.
I eventually left him a decided to better myself, for myself.
I lost 102lbs and ended up in better shape than before.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have been a personal trainer for 4 years now and I’ve trained clients of all shape, sizes and ages. I can help you lose, gain or maintain weight. What every your goals are for your body, I’m here to help you become your best self
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
You have to really understand your emotions to have a successful fitness journey. If you don’t deal with your emotions, you will subconsciously attract the same results over and over again.
If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
My goal my entire life has been to help other recognize their strength and beauty through challenging them to challenge themselves. I would do it in every lifetime.
