Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Althea Gray. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Althea, thanks for joining us today. One of our favorite things to hear about is stories around the nicest thing someone has done for someone else – what’s the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?
My journey in becoming a Healer is a interesting one with great benefactors that helped me along the way. My journey in my person spiritual awakening began at the age of 17 with a special gift to travel to India. This was a life time wish fulfilled by a stranger. It was there that I had a special Darshan with the Mother of Sri Aurobindo’s Ashram in Pondicherry, India. This opened up a insatiable study in spirituality until this day.
In Dec. 1999, a physician from Sri Lanka experienced one of my healing sessions. I was on the edge about doing healing work as a life choice. He asked me to work in his clinic in Sri Lanka. He was one of the physicians to the President. I started my work in earnest as a Healer in Sri Lanka. I never started at the bottom. I started at the top.
I treated heads of state. This lead to additional work as an Honorary Consul to Sri Lanka. I held this position for 18 years.
Colette Baron Reid promoted my work as a Healer from the beginning of my journey. She still does.
I have been graced over and over by the kindness of others.
Althea, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I come from a lineage of Healers from Nicaragua. Being a Healer is in my bones. It was not a destiny that I had ever planned on. Being a Healer is a calling. One day when you least expect it, the calling calls you. All I needed to do was say to the Universe, ‘Ok, I am ready, I will do this’. Once this was done, the Universe conspired to do everything to make my work as a healer happen.
My clients are exceptional people who are simply ‘not getting there’ emotionally, spiritually, or career wise. Some are
burdened with heavy ancestral stories that block them. Some are loaded with dark forces from this life and past lives,
Some are burdened with the aftermath of psychic and spiritual assault from this life and past lives.
The end result is lack of movement and fulfillment in their lives. They know they have important things to fulfill, but, simply are not able get there. Every healer has a bend. Mine is helping remarkable get on track.
I have invented many tools to bring light into the consciousness and into the world at large with my Gold Kit.
I have invented a very powerful and easy system to rid people and the world of dark forces. I have been teaching my Professional Clearers course for 5 years now. My graduates are doing amazing work in the world at large. I think of them as ‘real’ Jedis.
I am now working on a Moon Kit to help remove shadows and dark Extraterrestrial energies.
The world is on the precipice of enormous change. We are moving out of 27,000 years of darkness (Kali Yuga) into a new time line called a Golden Age. People are moving in and out of different time lines right now, creating a feeling of ungroundedness. Part of my own life purpose is to assist in this extraordinary planetary transformation.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Resilience Healer: People will roll their eyes when you say you are a healer. It has become a ‘new achey ‘ term, sadly.
People don’t expect much from their healers or they simply don’t know what to expect.
Healers are rarely invited to speak at wellness conferences. Healers are not taken seriously.
I served for 18 years as the Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka. My first work as a healer was in this beautiful country.
Most people in this particular level of diplomatic service are doctors, lawyers, successful business people.
I had to stand my ground and be proud of my profession.
Because I was always professional and because I knew the language of my trade – no one doubted by efficacy.
Trust that people will look at you with hazy eyes when you say you are a healer.
People will cast doubt on you.
You have to believe in yourself in a profound way in order to say, ‘I am a healer’…..and be resilient.
Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
How do you build a Healing practice ? 1. Integrity Be honest. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver.
2 People don’t understand your profession. Know the language of your trade.
3 Can you describe what is wrong – can you share your findings with the client’s doctors (if they are open) or
therapists?
4 Be professional – don’t be co-dependent.
5. Have a professional envelope for people – a calendar, website, clear methods of cost and payments.
