Alpha Omega, appreciate you joining us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
Right before starting the business opportunity I sold timeshare for Wyndham Resorts. I wanted to get out of timeshare because the product was good but when it came to my owners making reservation was nearly impossible for the time they needed to take vacations. I wanted to do something to truly help others. Knowing when I lay my head down I had peace. So I venture off into a new opportunity. I seen a friend have a Cellphone Repair Business in a kiosk at the mall. Within six months he went from a kiosk to a store then 6mos later into another store within the mall. I ask him could I be his store manager. He said no because I would want to start my own business. So I continued to sell timeshares until I got a call 3mos later from my friend with the Cellphone Repair Business and he asked me would I be interested in buying the business. I said, yes but there was a caveat to this business transaction. I had to give them $3k a month for the next 3yrs to fully own the business. I took the bait not knowing they took a $20k loan out prior five days before I sign the agreement to own the business. The bank went after me for the $20k loan. I ask the bank whose social security number is on the loan. Once the ssn was established. I told the bank to go after that individual in which they did. I shortly dissolved the business and started my own with a fresh start. I ask GOD If This Is What I’m Suppose To Do Touch My Mind and my hands to be able to do Quality Cellphone Repairs. GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYER. HE IMMEDIATELY DOWNLOADED TO Me How To Do Good Quality Cellphone Repairs. My first customers base was college students. For six months straight it was hard for me barely made anything to write home to mom about. I took a 3 month sabbatical from business. Then i went riding one day to look for a small place to potentially run a Cellphone Repair Business. I drove by a new plaza which had no concrete but gravel as the foundation. I said nope that will be a lot of money just to build a business location into one of the eight suites that were there. But I heard GOD’S VOICE, SAY CALL THE NUMBER WHICH WAS ON THE FRONT OF THE PLAZA. I was LIKE GOD THAT WILL BE TOO MUCH TO START. So I drove farther down the road. I seen smaller suites but I had no peace about them. So I drove back up towards the same plaza from earlier. I was about a 100 feet away from the plaza. GOD SAID CALL THE NUMBER. So I did and come to find out the number was to the farmer mayor of Clarksville, TN. He wanted $1500 upfront to start building the suite how i wanted. I thought to myself it’s going to be a lot of money to complete the quote. I was hesitant every time the mayor asked me what else I like to add to the interior of the suite. I told him it will be awhile before I could complete the suite. The Mayor asked me how I wanted everything to be. I said again give me some time to get some money together to complete the suite. But the Mayor insisted for me to complete the project. So I did but it took 3mos to complete it. It was time to Square up with The Mayor and pay everything I owe him before getting the keys to the suite. So I sat down with The former mayor and his assistant. He told me it was 5o thousand dollars before I could get the keys to the suite. I told the mayor I know how much it costs before I could finish my sentence his assistant said, I do not owe him nothing. The mayor gave me the keys to the suite and rest is history. GOD IS SO GOOD

I am a christian and veteran owe business. The business location GOD BLESS with is once where I use to walk homeless on. GOD IS SO GOOD. The business is capital only run business. We do not have business loans. We’ve been business for 8 years. And we do Same Day Repairs for our customers. We are 5 star Google rated business. We won business customer service business recently this year of 2025.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The lesson for me was don’t judge a book by its cover but to love the cover. That means to me every customer is worth loving and giving your very best to help them no matter what the case may be for them.
